This place was perfect! Newly renovated, right on the beach, neighbors were so nice and Laura was a great host! Would definitely stay again if opportunity arises.

EVERYONE has a code to access these properties/Units. Owner, renter, cleaning crew, property personal, service individual and even repairmen! Upon arrival, the designated parking space was occupied only to find out it was the cleaning crew as they were still in the unit and check-in was not available at 3pm. Once we were able to enter the unit, it was 76 degrees, and we later learn the unit was out of freon which the HVAC repair man did not have available and thus had to return the following day. The next morning at 9:30am, I am upstairs in the bathroom while my wife is down on the main floor in the kitchen. I then hear my wife screaming as the front door opens only to see the property manager with the local exterminator. NO KNOCK, NO CALL and DEFINITELY NO HEADS UP FROM THE OWNER! We were checked out of the unit by noon and cut our planned 4-day getaway to 2 days! Thankful my wife did not experience a panic attack!

Amazing property.

This property has been renovated and the kitchen/living room was perfect for our large family. The view out the door to the ocean is all you would hope for and the pool is large and a lot of fun. Great location as well. Will definetly stay here again!

I never actually stayed in a vacation home before so this was a new experience. Laura the owner was exceptional. Her communication was outstanding and she was also able to give us assistance with places to go and places to eat around the area.

Beautiful Oceanside Condo

This place was PERFECT. The condo itself was clean, super nice, spacious, and watching the sun rise over the ocean on the balcony was my favorite thing every day. The pool was a great place to hang out with plenty of room for our group, refreshing water temp, and nice people from the other units. The beach was huge with no crowds to fight. Loved staying here and would most definitely stay again

Nice and clean on the beach

Easy beach access. Nice and clean. Needs some minor repairs of sliding door and screen, and im the 2nd bathroom. Not a big deal though. Would stay there again. Laura was also very communicative and the check in was easy.

This must have been the cleanest vacation home we have stayed in. The host was very responsive, the view from the balcony was wonderful, and access to the beach was easy. The only reason I gave a 4 star and not a 5, was due to a bathroom leak in the upstairs bathroom - all the adults had to share one bathroom which is never fun but we didn’t want to make the leak worse. But other than that, everything was wonderful and the apartment was amazing!

Ormond Beach Condo

The unit was as advertised, clean, neat, well-supplied, and also quiet. Beautiful ocean view. Some problems with the front door lock and sticky sliding glass door. Price was high. Otherwise, I would more seriously consider another stay.
