This is a free standing office converted by popular demand to a vacation retreat. It has an office kitchen ( no oven) microwave and toaster and sink. Free parking. Bring your motorcycle trailer. We apologize to our pet owners that can not join us. Most rules have an origin and a reason for existence. Our no smoking or vaping in the house. We feel bad depriving some person of their God given right to enjoy a cigarette or a cigar or a little mystery smoke. We did not pass this rule without a lot of thought . We do not care that all these smokey things have tar that shortens the victim's life. When I say that we don't care what I mean is that it is none of my business that so many people choose to spend $1800 every year. to enjoy moment of pleasure. What is some of my business ( this is what I am apologizing for) is that the smokes stays looooooong after the guest has gone. People that ingest this poison into their body apparently can not smell this obnoxious odor. Those of us that do not use tobacco or mystery smoke can still smell it on my furniture and bedclothes and carpet and walls.

Now Mr. Smoker's problem has become my problem. I have a house that I can only rent to those that do not care about these odors. The best solution is to prohibit smoking.I have set up a picnic table in the very private back yard with the one and only ash tray on the premises. If you are addicted to nicotine , smoke there. Or, you can walk one block to the nearest vape shop. Did I mention that there is a motorcycle dealer five hundred feet away from this house. There is a convenience store one block south. This house is convenient to everything. You can be on the beach in ten minutes. You can be at the Speedway if fifteen minutes. You can be crossing the Seabreeze bridge in eight minutes or the Ormond bridge in seven minutes. By the way, speaking of the Ormond bridge. While you are here, go walk across the Ormond bridge at sunrise at least once while you are on vacation. The sight of Daytona Beach at sunrise from the top of the bridge is beyond description. It is a memory that you will take to your grave with you. Go down to Ponce Inlet and see the lighthouse also. It is super cool. I am a Floridian that has been here longer than Walt Disney World. What do think was the largest tourist attraction in Florida before Walt Disney World opened in 1971? It was Silver Springs. Visit Silver Springs while you are here. It is about sixty miles straight out Highway 40. They have wild monkeys and gators and flamingoes Gas up before you leave Ormond Beach. There is no gas out in the Ocala National Forest. Highway Forty goes through the Ocala National Park. However there is a free gun range in the Ocala Forest. We have many things to do in Daytona Beach.
