Nice resort

We stayed six days for Disney. The house was plenty big for the four of us. The place was as advertised and looked just like the pictures. We had no issues whatsoever, except for the microwave handle was broken on arrival. I contacted the host and she was very responsive. We definitely would stay there again.

Family Disney Trip

Our party was made up of 5 adults, two 5 year olds and a 3 year old. The children especially thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The Mickey themed room was a big hit. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked , there wasn’t anything we wanted that wasn’t present, there were even children (brightly colored plastic) plates, bowls, cutlery and cups. The night before check-in Lourbeth was even able to get me a blender at the last minute which was well appreciated. Every TV had Netflix pre loaded with guest accounts so we could all easily watch our shows. The bathrooms had adequate towels, each came with a starter pack of 2 toilet rolls, small soap and small shampoo/conditioner. (we went to the supermarket and bought supplies since we were going to be there for a week) The front door had an automated lock which made it easy for us to access the home. There was always adequate parking right in front of the home. We never heard any noise from the neighbors. The pool had a safety fence which made us feel secure having small kids. They even provided 2 floats/life vests, noodles and pool toys for children which were very useful and appreciated. There were so many nice touches around the house that made us feel right at home. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and at home. The complex had a great pool with a slide and splash pad, a movie theater that showed 3 movies a day and a shop in case you needed anything. The surrounding area had supermarkets and lots of food to choose from. Last but certainly not least, the communication was excellent. I had to reach out to Lourbeth for some reasons and she always responded very quickly. Any issue we had was sorted immediately. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Everything was wonderful other than the mattresses/bedding in the kids rooms. They smelled like 100 kids have gone to the bathroom in them. They were literally unusable. Purchasing new mattresses and bedding for those rooms would do wonders.
