We enjoy staying here during our fsmily vacations to Floruda, but we are starting to consider staying elsewhere. The furniture and overall suite is outdated, there's minor (but obvious) damage. We were staying at a two bedroom suite with more than 4 people but only had two chairs at the dining room table. The table was missing 1 chair and the other was not usable since it was about to break. A few of the pans were badly burnt.

Nice pool. Couches are worn and need to be replaced.

The property was adequate, close to Disney and comfortable. It is not by any stretch a luxury location but is a great deal for your money. It could have been cleaned more and really could use some updating but you will not find the value for your money at any other hotel. They didn’t give me a receipt when I checked out and couldn’t even give me a total (the total she estimated was $200 over what it should have been so I will be checking my credit card statement). They also hadn’t finished cleaning our condo at an hour after check in and when they did finish I feel like the floors could have been vacuumed again. The pool was really nice and clean. I liked the fact that they didn’t come into our room but there needs to be more clarification about the fact that you have to bring your own toilet paper and they do not provide enough towels. Also, the curtains weren’t black out and they keep the parking lot bright as day all night long. They do have a washer and dryer in the units and the kitchen is nice so you can eat in (though we didn’t do any baking/cooking just lunch and breakfasts in so I’m not sure how that would go). Overall, I would definitely stay again but come prepared!

Great location, but the actual property is hyped up to reflect the cost of staying there. It's actually the same as a low income HUD apartment complex with a facelift. The stairs are standard HUD and dirty, same with the elevator. The extra cleaning fee, yeah...read the small print, there's an extra room cleaning fee, it should be used to pressure wash the stairs and walkways...and clean the elevators. The apartment though is clean and decent. The key cards didn't work at the Security entrance so we had to wait for a while for someone to manually enter an entry code. Then the key cards didn't work well with the doors, eventually worked. No intention of returning here.

Property appeared to be nice upon arrival. After getting to our building the grounds had trash all about the parking area and stairwells. Locks on doors did not work as well as a pest problem.

Was very nice condo and very clean good view nice pool and good staff.

Very clean and spacious unit. Large patio and tons of closet space.

Nice pool. Long wait when checking in and out of resort. Staff and maintenance team very helpful. Price is reasonable.

We had a good stay. Location is good and rooms are spacious. We were out most of the time so we didn't get to use the pool or theatre.

Tuscana Condominiums is a huge locked gate complex. I arrived late (after 10 PM) and had to figure out to use an emergency phone to get directions on how to open a lock box and get my room info and key card. There was no map of where in the vast complex my room was, so I wandered with all my luggage to find it for a half hour. I went to a conference then returned after 10 PM the next day and my key card had expired. It took me an hour and a half to call around and get a maintenance guy to open my room. Terrible terrible experience.

We enjoyed the facilities. Convenient, comfortable. It had all you needed for the time there, except, that somehow we thought toilet paper or toiletries would be replaced and when he ran out of tissue the response was we could get it at the store, so that was a troublesome moment. We did not mind, but we would have preferred to know it in advance so make provision for that moment.

The stay was comfortable but was told there was a 35.00 cleaning fee. When we arrived we were charged 49.00 dollars because we had a three bedroom as opposed to two bedroom. I hate hidden fees. Other than that the stay was enjoyable. The room TV's are tiny and outdated. No wireless. The value was good the facility clean restaurant below average

The walls were thin and you could hear everyone upstairs. There was no internet service and the room was very run down. The staff also leaves at 10, so there is no assistance or noise control. Also, this is not a hotel. Be prepared to buy everything from coffee filters to toilet paper. Stay here if you want to be up at 7 every morning.

A few things we did not care for. Tiolet was loose & rocked with every move, TV remotes were dead, living room furniture was dated & uncomfortable, someone elses laundry was left in the dryer & I wasn't fond of carrying my garbage a 1/4 mile to the dumpster.

The room was clean. The staff was very nice. The location was good. I wish I had known ahead of time that if you stay 2 nights you have to pay an additional cleaning fee even though they don't clean the room while you stay there. They have you sign a bunch of statements promising things and if you don't uphold the signed statements, they keep your huge deposit. Also, they don't have WiFi. They had to rent me a router.

I booked this place as a half way point for mt daughter and grandkids to meet they live in Saint Augustine and I'm in Tampa The room was clean and lovely we had our own bathrooms and beds with T,v,'s pool area was really nice and pool was heated local restraunts and Pulix was just down the strret easy access to 1-4. we has a great time

Everything was nice, but I didn't know there was a $39 cleaning fee because we only stayed 2 nights. Also, I had to pay $10 to rent a router to be able to have internet in my room. It was clean and the staff was nice.

Beautiful place, very clean and comfortable. Great location next to I-4 highway two exits from Magic kingdom. Grocery store and drug store around the corner. The room has everything you need full kitchen equip with everything. The only downside is the internet part, no wi-fi in the room. They have free wi-fi at the pool and in the room they have an internet plug from the wall. The pool area is amazing good for kicking back after a day of walking or a day off from the parks. Very good place for families on a budget believe me I have a family of six.

The Condo was very clean and kept up. We liked the mattress so well, we're going to try to find one like it for home. The girls loved having their own beds. So much better than a hotel room. The washer and dryer were handy, too. We were on the go so much that we really weren't here much. Wish we could have spent more than 3 nights to have more time to hang out at the pool. Be aware that they require a damage deposit (refundable) or a $40 flat fee for insurance (non-refundable). Otherwise, great place to stay.

We are sorry you were disappointed in the cleanliness of our grounds on arrival. We are currently working on this issue as wildlife has been getting into trash that was left outside of guest's rooms. We hope you will give us another opportunity during your next visit to our area.
