Very clean and spacious unit. Large patio and tons of closet space.

Nice pool. Long wait when checking in and out of resort. Staff and maintenance team very helpful. Price is reasonable.

We had a good stay. Location is good and rooms are spacious. We were out most of the time so we didn't get to use the pool or theatre.

Tuscana Condominiums is a huge locked gate complex. I arrived late (after 10 PM) and had to figure out to use an emergency phone to get directions on how to open a lock box and get my room info and key card. There was no map of where in the vast complex my room was, so I wandered with all my luggage to find it for a half hour. I went to a conference then returned after 10 PM the next day and my key card had expired. It took me an hour and a half to call around and get a maintenance guy to open my room. Terrible terrible experience.

We enjoyed the facilities. Convenient, comfortable. It had all you needed for the time there, except, that somehow we thought toilet paper or toiletries would be replaced and when he ran out of tissue the response was we could get it at the store, so that was a troublesome moment. We did not mind, but we would have preferred to know it in advance so make provision for that moment.

The stay was comfortable but was told there was a 35.00 cleaning fee. When we arrived we were charged 49.00 dollars because we had a three bedroom as opposed to two bedroom. I hate hidden fees. Other than that the stay was enjoyable. The room TV's are tiny and outdated. No wireless. The value was good the facility clean restaurant below average

The walls were thin and you could hear everyone upstairs. There was no internet service and the room was very run down. The staff also leaves at 10, so there is no assistance or noise control. Also, this is not a hotel. Be prepared to buy everything from coffee filters to toilet paper. Stay here if you want to be up at 7 every morning.

A few things we did not care for. Tiolet was loose & rocked with every move, TV remotes were dead, living room furniture was dated & uncomfortable, someone elses laundry was left in the dryer & I wasn't fond of carrying my garbage a 1/4 mile to the dumpster.

The room was clean. The staff was very nice. The location was good. I wish I had known ahead of time that if you stay 2 nights you have to pay an additional cleaning fee even though they don't clean the room while you stay there. They have you sign a bunch of statements promising things and if you don't uphold the signed statements, they keep your huge deposit. Also, they don't have WiFi. They had to rent me a router.

I booked this place as a half way point for mt daughter and grandkids to meet they live in Saint Augustine and I'm in Tampa The room was clean and lovely we had our own bathrooms and beds with T,v,'s pool area was really nice and pool was heated local restraunts and Pulix was just down the strret easy access to 1-4. we has a great time

Everything was nice, but I didn't know there was a $39 cleaning fee because we only stayed 2 nights. Also, I had to pay $10 to rent a router to be able to have internet in my room. It was clean and the staff was nice.

Beautiful place, very clean and comfortable. Great location next to I-4 highway two exits from Magic kingdom. Grocery store and drug store around the corner. The room has everything you need full kitchen equip with everything. The only downside is the internet part, no wi-fi in the room. They have free wi-fi at the pool and in the room they have an internet plug from the wall. The pool area is amazing good for kicking back after a day of walking or a day off from the parks. Very good place for families on a budget believe me I have a family of six.

The Condo was very clean and kept up. We liked the mattress so well, we're going to try to find one like it for home. The girls loved having their own beds. So much better than a hotel room. The washer and dryer were handy, too. We were on the go so much that we really weren't here much. Wish we could have spent more than 3 nights to have more time to hang out at the pool. Be aware that they require a damage deposit (refundable) or a $40 flat fee for insurance (non-refundable). Otherwise, great place to stay.

Great location between Disney and LegoLand. WE had an amazing time. Very friendly people, close to stores, places to eat and attractions. The pool is beautiful and staff excellent.

We really enjoyed the tranquility of the Tuscana. Having a washing machine and kitchen were added bonuses!

Excellent accommodations at a fair price. Close to Disney and Sea World.

The resort location is ideal and the setting is very pituresque. We enjoyed our stay and would perhaps consider staying again. Perhaps. The condos are beautifully decorated and the floor plan is great. We were not at all impressed however with the overall lack of cleanliness of the condo. Upon arrival we actually had to clean the kitchen and the dining room area as there was a greasy stovetop, countertops and the microwave. The dining table and even the framed artworks needed to be wiped down as they were all icky. We traveled 14 hours by car and did not expect to have to clean up upon arrival. Also our landline phones were inoperable during our entire stay, even after reporting it to the hotel staff. There were missing remote controls to two of the three t.v.s, the sink in the master bath was clogged (upon arrival) and there were light bulbs missing from the lamps. We were given a first floor condo and we needed to change as we were traveling with our 17 year old daughter and because the window treatments did not allow adequate privacy. We requested a change and were told that was not possible because we were in a managed area. ?????? Not sure what that means. So at night we safety pinned sheets to the existing non closing drapes. Also, speaking of sheets, the ones on the beds smelled like body odor. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer of which we used immediately to wash all of the linens including the bedspreads and the towels. That's how we spent our first evening. We also experience air conditioner breakdown in 101 degree weather. It was taken care of promply. We had access to a vacuum cleaner but no extra bags as the one in the vacuum was full. That too was taken care of promply. There was also mildew in the showers. I do think that there should be more care taken in the upkeep of the property. More thorough cleaning please.

Good location for groceries, Disney and golf courses.

Out of the way location at the end of a road but you can access Orlando attractions easily. The layout of the 2 bedroom condo was functional but you can hear people from every location inside. Minimal staff but they do handle problems quickly (ie. our key card wouldn't work fixed within 1 hour of complaint). However, we did have a maid walk in our unit to ask if we rented it. Pool was nice.

It wasn't as nice as they described in the website. The front desk staff could be more friendly.
