Everything was great. Surprisingly the room was cleaned daily, free breakfast was adequate, but would have been great if there were eggs and sausages. otherwise nothing spectacular but well worth the $80 a night cost. I will def look to stay here again if price is right.

As a frequent traveler i found this place to be very clean, safe and up to date. The staff were in good spirits and helped make my stay great.

OK if with family for vacation, too noisy if there on business as I was, noise comes through walls. Amped up kids running and yelling down halls at midnight coming back from parks. Breakfast Buffet poor, bread, bagels, Fruit Loops,Corn Flakes and waffle makers with big lines is all. Not up to what you will find at other establishments that offer breakfast. Perkins and Starbucks close if you want to eat. Seemed to be full of families on Vacation, which is fine if you are too. Pool was nice as was shuttle to Magic Kingdom of which I played hooky one day and went.

I stayed five days (4 nights) in a double room. Each bed was really comfortable and warm, the room temperature was on point and everything else was really clean. I had no worries, even when I asked for an extension because I wanted to stay for another night, they were really kind and gave me what I wanted. The breakfast is pretty basic but you got all you need, bread, waffles that you can make as you like, milk, coffee, cereal, cinnamon rolls, etc. All in all was a good breakfast each morning. I didn't take the Shuttle Service to the parks because I had a car but I saw other people taking it and the bus was always on time right after breakfast.

WE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME LOCATING THE HOTEL BECAUSE WE COULDN'T SEE THE STREET NAME "CANADA" FROM THE MAIN STREET "SAND LAKE". WE CALLED THE HOTEL FOR DIRECTIONS. THE WOMAN ANSWERING WAS RUDE AND HAD NO CLUE HOW TO GIVE DIRECTIONS. WE STOPPED AT ANOTHER HOTEL IN THE AREA AND THE WOMAN THERE WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. SHE EVEN GAVE US A HOTEL BOOK THAT HAD MAPS AND INFORMATION THAT MADE SENSE. WHEN WE CHECKED IN THE CLERK INSISTED ON HAVING MY CREDIT CARD EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM WAS ALREADY PAID. SHE SAID IT WAS IN CASE WE SMOKED IN THE ROOM. WE ASSURED HER WE DO NOT SMOKE. FINALLY SHE RELENTED AND LET US HAVE THE ROOM. ON FRIDAY WHILE WE WERE GONE TO THE HOLY LAND, SOMEONE SPILLED WATER IN THE HALLWAY NEAR OUR ROOM. THE WATER CAME INSIDE THE ROOM AND THE CARPET WAS SOAKED. EVEN AFTER REPORTING IT NOTHING WAS DONE TO CLEAN THE CARPET.

Elevator not function and many cockroach. Needs more cleaning and best customer service

the hotel needs to rip out all the carpet & should be renovated... it seems that ownership/management has put the staff in a position to constantly make excuses... staff was kind & helpful... rooms were clean but the amenities need to be updated...

Room is nice and clean but the hallways are outdated and the carpet smells. Need more breakfast selections

Smell of mildew and alcohol in first room, 2nd room electricity leaked water from ceiling.. Scary, 3rd room I bought febreeze from Walgreen to freshen room daily. Keep bathroom door closed if you want room to stay cool!

We go to the hotel yo Sleep and go To parks, and for that was Perfect, in between everything

Second time we stay here and I'm always satisfied with their attention. It's in a great location !!

You get what you pay for. The beds were hard. The alarm clock did not work. There was no hair dryer and we had to go and purchase one for our stay. The hotel was located very close to Universal Studios Orlando and the shuttle service was a nice perk. Overall this hotel was average but next time we will spend more an upgrade for a more comfortable stay.

Hotel was near Universal and the shuttle service was a nice perk. Beds in the room were like sleeping on the floor..hard.. The staff was indifferent, neither super nice but they weren't rude either. No hair dryer for my wife so we had to buy one for our stay, alarm clock did not work, but other than those issues it was ok. We probably would opt for somewhere with more comfortable beds next time but if you like a hard bed you won't mind this place.

The hotel is pretty good overall. We just need a place to sleep for a day for a party in Orlando. The staff is very nice both the morning and night shift. The hotel is kind of outdated but it is well equipped and clean. We will definitely come back again if there is another special price like we got.

It was relaxing. Comfy. Close to everything. I didn't need a car. I can walk ...everything was close and clean...I enjoyed the pool.. I wish the hotel had a stove though...I also liked that the hotel had a shuttle to universal studios

Noise levels were OK on the second floor. Footsteps could be heard from above (but at least they weren't stomping). Hallway noise can also be heard (ice machine nearby, dehumidifier, etc). If you have a room near the pool, you will hear people screaming occasionally. Cleanliness was sub-par: stains on lamp shade, floor, ceiling, rust on bathroom fixtures, but these are not really noticeable if your not looking for them. Housekeeping did their job, replaced towels, coffee, cups, made bed, trash, etc. One front desk attendant (young male) seemed a bit rude and not customer service orientated. I asked what are the times for the shuttle and he just pointed at the sign and didn't say anything else. Second, I called about the smoke detector that was hanging from ceiling by it's wires and he just said everything is OK and didn't even ask for my room number until I told him (still wasn't fixed after checking out). Beds were comfortable and clean. Amenities were nice especially the free shuttles to the parks. Continental breakfast was standard fare (bagels/cream cheese, waffles/syrup, cereal, pastry, and toast/jam). Overall I would stay here again if I was on a budget. If you want more luxuries and better service, pay more and choose a nicer hotel.

This hotel is small, a bit off the beaten track, and décor has not been recently renovated. Staff however were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, fruit loops, plain bagels, cinnamon buns and toast. Carpets in hallway were stained but always freshly vacuumed.

Had to move to a different room due to a card key issue to find out no body's keys were working. finally got a room key the morning we were leaving. stayed for two days. Nothing for breakfast was healthy, all sweets.

WhenIi got there, the carpet and bed was all stained and a light was out in the bathroom. I got a new room that also had stained carpets. It was super muggy and the rooms smelled weird like mold. I didn't even like being barefoot on the carpet. Felt uncomfortable the three nights I was there.

We chose this hotel because we were originally getting in late to MCO and did not want to pay for a more expensive resort if we were not getting there til midnight. Our airline flight changed and we got to this hotel around 6pm. We stayed two nights as planned before moving hotels. This hotel is appealing due to low price point. However during our short stay, the room key cards did not work so we had to be let in by staff every time we wanted in our room. In addition, our non smoking room had a cigarette butt tucked under a table with a smoke detector knocked down. We pointed this out to the staff and they gave the standard response thanks for letting us know but nothing ever changed or even anyone telling they were sorry. In other words, we were forced to stay in a hotel room with no smoke detector. Our in-room refrig barely worked even though we mentioned that to the staff and we got the same company line answer of thanks for letting us know. They were supposedly heavily booked for our two day stay there but customer service was lacking due to them being under staffed for their problems. The breakfast was adequate but since it was only from 6-9am, everyone came to breakfast at the same time so there was inadequate seating area. My family used the theme park hotel shuttle one way and found it adequate. This hotel would be okay if you had a car like we did because you could easily get around but I would not want to stay here if I had to depend on hotel shuttles, walking, and taxis The location for this hotel is good if you are interested in going to Universal Orlando but do not expect anything special
