The condition of the room was subpar and housekeeping negligent. There was visible blood on the sheet on one of the queen size beds and the other the frame was broken upon check in. Was unable to have the situation resolved and had to sleep in a room with a blood stained sheet because when I went to the front desk to address the issue, I was standing in line for about 15 min waiting behind other guests to be assisted and had to leave because i had someplace to go.

Overall dirty hotel, giant roach in the hallway, old and antiquated bldg, floors were filthy, left my feet black just walking from bed to bathroom which I didn't want to do without shoes on, very unkempt, basic provisions provided...if you're just looking for a place to lay your head and not spend any time in the rm and are on a strict budget, only then would I consider it. It should be even cheaper really. They also put a $100 hold on your CC, apparently people tend to skip out on the tab. I wonder why?! The hallways dark and scary...rm doors left open with something between the door and the wall which was creepy #batesmotel. Staff not warm or fuzzy, help seemed overworked and underpaid. TV was a basic LCD panel, we never even bothered to turn it on, was not convenient to the bed. A sink and counter in the middle of the room which had leaked water underneath causing more concern for bugs. Woods located in the back of the bldg and saw 2 raccoons back there, probably foraging. Sorry, wish I had something better to say. I did get my $100 credit back off of my card.
Bug in the hallway near our room (after we stepped on it and smashed it). You can't make this stuff up.

The staff was very rude very unhelpful very dismissive. The bathroom had used toilet paper roll. There was an ant problem, the ants got into my very expensive cookies. The hotel reeked of cigarettes even though it says no smoking. A random man kept knocking on my room door. Would not recommend would never stay there again I wish it wasn’t to late to cancel when I checked in, I would’ve changed hotels.

I have a respiratory disease called sarcoid and the room was dusty. I couldn't sleep for coughing and sneezing. I was up all night other than that everything was lovely.

Stayed here as it offer free transportation for the parks. However, the driver was late one night and to make up his tardiness he ended up leaving us 7 blocks from the hotel stating that "the road was closed". That was a complete lie since cars were able to get through the road as we saw them passing us by on our walk back to the hotel. Forgot to ask his name but he's old and bald so be careful he doesn't pull the same routine on you.
