It’s convenient, the staff are nice and professional, room was very comfortable. The mini fridge kept my beer very cold, and that’s a first for me, they usually don’t.

This was a great option for the price and proximity to Universal, thats why i chose this hotel. The room was good but the bathroom was really bad. Small, old and dirty. No mop has ever been used. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was fine. Just wasnt expecting it to be so old and a little run down.

Only thing clean was the sheets and towels, everything else was poorly maintained floors walls especially bathroom. doors slam very loud. neighbors sound as if there in the same room because of connecting doors.

Roaches in my room, couch dirty , floor had a stain on it , and I found 2 of my pillows with blood stains. House keeping never came to clean up room or take out trash. Only thing I enjoyed is the pool. The heat didn’t work when needed. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay here. It’s out of date and need some renovation to modern 2025. Old furniture.
