The staff was friendly, polite, and welcoming, but unfortunately, my room was not clean. The sofa was dirty, and I was hesitant to sit on it. There was grime and mold on the tub walls and in the corners. I only felt comfortable placing my belongings on one chair and the table, as everything else appeared unclean.

This was the couch in my home. It was very dirty I was scared to seat down on it

Very disappointing experience, do not recommend! I’m very disappointed with this hotel. Upon arrival, I noticed the cleanliness was far from acceptable, the bed was uncomfortable, and overall the hotel is in very poor condition. I had prepaid for the room through Expedia, but when I arrived at the property, they demanded an additional $5 fee. Then, the next day, I saw a $100 charge on my credit card with no explanation. I called the hotel to ask about the charge, and they couldn’t give me any reason for it they just told me to contact my bank. Now I’m having to dispute the charge through my bank to get my money back. Be careful with this hotel takes your credit card information and makes unauthorized charges. I do not recommend staying here.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. And the smell when we were in the hallway of our room was terrible. There was also mold on the showerhead and I saw a couple of roaches. In addition to that the mini fridge that was in our room started leaking, and some of our clothes got wet.
