Disney holiday

Got this place for a family of 3, for our 2 week Disney + Universal vacation. Overall, great location, conveniently located within a 20-30 mins drive to theme parks, 5 mins away from Walmart which was perfect for last minute grocery runs after a long day, 20 mins away from premium outlets was a bonus as well. Gated community was a plus for added security. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Thanks Eduardo!

Great home

My husband and I decided to take my youngest and 3 grandkids on a last minute spring break vacation. We found this home on VRBO and it was great. From booking the dates and then contacting the host (Eduardo) to change our dates with ease, he made everything so easy. He was fast at replying and gave us all the info needed to check in, he also allowed us to check in early after a long drive. The home is very clean and spacious. The house had everything my family needed. We have no complaints whatsoever. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home! But...

The home is gorgeous! Very roomy. We had enough room for everyone. We did encounter a problem with live roaches on the kitchen island! Owner was contacted he responded immediately, first telling us that it is a common problem in Florida, we assured him that we are Floridians and we do not have roaches in our homes, we do get quarterly pest control. After a little back and forth which seemed to have been caused by a language barrier. The owner did send out pest control, which made us feel better,, but we have been coming to different houses in Kissimmee for 13 years and a few times at Terre Verde and have never encountered a roach problem. The owner did all that could be done and graciously gave us a couple of concessions. I would stay there again as I'm sure the owner will keep at the problem until it is thoroughly resolved.. At Check-in, key deposit cash-only $20 was not mentioned in ad- key returned at checkout only $10 returned. This should be mentioned up front, as we always use our debit/credit cards on vacation.

Excellent property for our family of 8 adults and two children.

The property suited us perfectly with our third stay at Terra Verde, which I think is the best resort in Kissimmee. With grown up children the en-suites in three bedrooms upstairs was especially nice. The house was big enough for all 8 adults and two children. The outside area was very nice with pool/spa heat and a BBQ to grill on. The owner, Eduardo, was truly amazing and attended to anything we wanted from extra towels to replacement pool cues. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he responded to my WhatsApp messages immediately.

10 Sorority Sisters Reunion Getaway

Overall, our stay was great, welcoming, and just what we needed. Everything was so great and comfortable that we didn't leave the house much. I would definitely recommend this house!

5 stars!

We have been visiting the area for 20+ years and this was by far the easiest and nicest place and owner. We plan to stay here again next time! There are always issues that are inevitable but the home owner was available and willing to check into the situation quickly.

Excellent Rental

The house was very clean, and spacious for our group of 12. We had plenty of space for everyone to get ready in mornings, and to enjoy the time spent at the house. The kitchen is well stocked so that we could eat some meals at the house. This is an excellent property that I would definitely stay at again.

Spacious, Modern but needed a little work

The host was amazing with communication, helpful and flexible. The house was extremely spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The decor was very modern. The house needs a little maintenance done but nothing that impacted our stay. It was not the cleanest which was disappointing and we had to deal with a bug issue in the kitchen and bathrooms. But made it work and enjoyed a Thanksgiving away from home.

Very run down property!!! Stay away from this house!!

Hi, Other than getting responses ( Not resolutions) from the owner, nothing was good about this property. To start with check in at the house, owner provided lock box key which was incorrect. Just before 5 mins of our arrival at property, he provided correct key in VRBO message which I did not check ( I was on vacation and not checking my emails every min!!!). When we checked property on arrival, sports room ( garage) was complete junk. Most of the space covered with their junk items. Pool table and foosball tables were dirty beyond your imagination. I will post the picture if I am allowed here. ZERO bath supplies. We were told that we will have supplies but not in extra stock which was OK. But, there were NONE. When I asked, I was told that I can buy from Walmart! Window curtains were broken which ruined our privacy. Even after complaining, Noone came to fix it!! In the listing, it was advertised that there were 2 single foldable beds. When we arrived, those were not there. Owner kept saying they were there. After lot of back & forth and sending the photos of each room, he said that housekeeper will be there in few mins. He mentioned that She (housekeeper) making another house in the community and will come soon. We waited and waited. Then he started giving wrong reasons that she had accident and can't come.. that was complete lie. And I was offered to pick real cheap $8 bed from Walmart by myself and he would pay me later for that!!! I guess I was on my vacation and he wanted to do his housekeeping job for him!! I had plans to go out on that evening, but we couldn't as we kept waiting for housekeeper and he kept saying they will be there shortly. Finally, they came at 10:45 PM to drop off the foldable beds!! When housekeeper came to drop by, you could not see any signs of accident or anything!!! For heating the pool, we wanted to heat only for a day, but he said that we have to pay for all the days as he has to turn in advance and have to keep it turned ON. So, we paid for all days in advance. Itwas NOT heated with the temperatures advertised by him earlier. When we informed him, he changed remotely through app. Also, he was turning OFF whenever we were out from the pool. So, it was complete lie to just rip for all days for heating. Pool condition was horrible. Day before our checkout, they applied chemicals in the pool which caused skins problems to us and burning of eyes!! He supposed to put chemicals AFTER we leave!!!

Great Property!!!

This property is one of the best we have stayed at. The cleanness of this property went beyond our expectations. When you walk in you are amazed how beautiful the open space from the entryway to the kitchen. The rooms were very spacious. Each master bedroom had it's own bathroom which was a huge plus. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was so nicely organized with plenty of cups, plates, utensils etc We payed extra for the pool to be heated and it was perfect. Spent most of our days in it. The space by the pool was perfect as well. Plenty of room everywhere. Eduardo was great at responding with anything that came up. This was by far a great experience. We definitely will book again if we decide to vacation in Florida again.
