The home is even better in person. The layout of the home is so perfect. It rained during our stay and the home had soo many activities for us to do that no one was bored. I love that you are able to text the host and the response time is quick. Would definitely book again. Everyone loved the arcade room the most! Very spacious.

Perfect for the occasion

At first I was nervous about booking this because the price seemed too reasonable for what I saw in the photos. I was proven wrong and then some. The rooms were clean, the entertainment rooms entertained and it did well to accommodate our group of 23 people

Beautiful House

We had a great time staying here. The pictures don’t do it justice!! There is everything you need!!! Our only downfall was the last 2 days of our vacation the pool and hot tub motors went out! 🙁 so we were not able to enjoy it! They could not repair it as they said they had no extra parts for it! They did reimburse me for the cost of the heated pool. They were supposed to find us a pool we could use but never did! If the pool is fixed I would highly recommend this place!!!

great game areas

had trouble with coffee pot and brought us another one and still didnt work right . I would invest in a kerig coffee maker, Other than that had trouble getting tvs to work right but it was a great house

2023 Annual Golf Trip

Family vacation

We ranged from 3 weeks to 79 years young!! My parents, sister, her kids and grand kids and my kids and grands!! It was a perfect place it had everything. Something for everyone! I would suggest!! Only a couple issues that I sent them emails about and they were right on it and or responded very fast!! Thank you for a vacation I hope none of us forget!

Florida vacation 2023

Overall it was a good trip! The property just had some items that were broken or not working! We had an issue with one bedroom that kept on losing power and we had an difficult time getting out of the house due to the lock kept getting stuck! I just feel like the amount of money that was paid was just a little expensive! The checkin process was very easy just had some aggressive guests that were upset about the parking! I will definitely stay again!!

We LOVED the house! Pictures do the house justice - it's beautiful and so well appointed. The themed rooms are perfect for the kids, the master bedrooms are huge and comfortable. Kitchen is insane!

The house was better then expected

The house was absolutely everything we could have expected and more . The air condition went out the first day we were there and the property Manager had it resolved very quickly. We will be back to stay at another one of their properties. Thanks again

Enjoyed our stay!

Wow, this home was amazing! It was so clean & had plenty of space. We loved being in the neighborhood and taking advantage of all the great amenities. The arcade room, casino, theme rooms & pool areas were immaculate, making it even more special. My family said this was the best place we've stayed! I'm definitely gonna book with them again soon.

Great house for large group

To start- the house is beautiful. Plenty of rooms & things to do for a large group of people. Also a large dining room for everyone to eat together! When we checked in, the pool was cloudy & green, ice maker wasn’t working, stove burners weren’t all working, & the grill was so dirty the maintenance guy cleaned it for us instead of calling the cleaning people and having us wait. Side note about check-in- have some patience. It can get 30 cars deep on each side of the entrance around check-in time with a long wait. Hopefully they’ll figure that out eventually. There isn’t enough pots & pans and kitchen ware to possibly cook for how many people can stay there. Plenty of dishes to eat on though! There wasn’t even a grill brush. Bring your own cleaning supplies as well- not even a vacuum in the house. The house is also allll tile- with the game room, theatre and high ceilings- it can get loud in there pretty quickly no matter what bedroom you’re staying in. Don’t let this deter you from staying- by our last day the pool was finally clear and they brought us an ice maker halfway through the trip. If you call early in the AM to report issues, they do what they can to assist! For what you pay, these issues should be resolved and checked prior to check-in though- especially the pool. Again, the house is amazing. Plenty of room and things to do! We didn’t get to the lazy river because of how busy but it looked great!

Perfect Family Setup

More than enough space for Our family of 23ppl. We came together for a week to celebrate a wedding and a birthday and loved everything about our stay. The house was exactly as described from the location down to the children’s play rooms. We’re so excited about this space that we’re already looking to book our next stay. Our only note of concern was parking. With only 5 parking spaces we had to be sure to accommodate the extra cars, with the family driving in from different states. Hopefully additional parking for this area will come with the event center completion. Overall, great rental, great stay. Villatel provided awesome accommodations and service.

We were invited to spend few days here. we were shocked as soon as we walked through the door. felt like MTV cribs. the garage is not a garage, its a casino! kids rooms was really cool with slides

Paradise in the resort!

There's a full outfitted professional casino in the house. like serious who does that? There's an arcade room with all sorts of arcades. I think we got lost and ended up in paradise
