We love this house and property. This was our 3rd stay. The owner goes above and beyond to accommodate, communicate, and make the stay exceptional. Owner accomdated requests and even implemented suggestions for spray shower and shower mat in kids bathroom. House is home away from home, extremely clean, and very well stocked for a family. We will return and won't stay elsewhere in Orlando! Resort property well maintained as well. Property management is responsive, present , and provides wonderful upkeep of property.

Beautiful home excellent management

This is our second time staying in this home. We will definitely be going back. We absolutely love this house and property. It has every amenity we needed to be comfortable. The property managers are very attentive and respond very quickly with any needs.

Beautiful

We’ve stayed at many homes in Terra Verde over the years and this house is one of the nicer ones. It’s beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The pool area is very relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, or walk five minutes to the tiki bar at the clubhouse. It’s in a great location to visit theme parks, enjoy shopping or just relax and hang out with family and friends. We had a little glitch getting into the house when we arrived and this was immediately sorted out by the owner. We would highly recommend this lovely home and look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful home!

We just stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The home and grounds are beautiful and have everything you could need for your stay. The owner/property manager is easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions that we had. Would definitely recommend this property.

Universal studios stay

We recently stayed at this home in Orlando during our trip to visit Universal Studios, and it was a fantastic experience. The house is located in a super safe and clean neighborhood, providing peace of mind throughout our stay. The size of the house was perfect, with plenty of space for everyone, and the kitchen was impressively well-equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. Visiting in December, we found the pool heat to be an absolute must, and it made all the difference in enjoying the outdoor space. The house provided plenty of towels and cleaning supplies, which was a thoughtful touch. Check-in was a seamless process, adding to the convenience. We also loved exploring the Tera Verde community—it’s a beautiful area, perfect for morning or evening walks. While traffic to Universal Studios and Orlando was a bit of a challenge, that’s more of a regional issue than anything related to the property itself. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this house to others. It’s a great home base for an Orlando getaway!

Gated Resort Area

Beautiful house, well appointed with comfortable furniture. Screened in back porch with nice pool. Nice layout inside with two living room and dining areas. Although there is an ice maker in the refrigerator, it was turned off and there was no ice in the tray. If you want ice the first day you may have to stop by a store. The BBQ was not working, but the host was aware of that and should get that fixed. NOTE-there is no shampoo provided by the host. Anyone going through the airport TSA knows this is an inconvenience. Of all the rentals I have stayed at, this is the only one where shampoo isn't provided. Overall, lovely, comfortable place in a secure, gated community.

This is the first time I leave a review! The house is very spacious and clean. Paul is very nice and always prompt to answer any questions! I definitely recommend this house and I would definitely come back again for our future vacation!

Large and clean vacation home with a pool

This was our 6th time visiting Orland and staying in either a resort condo and/or a home thru VRBO. This house by far is the biggest, nicest and cleanest one. It has 4 bedrooms but we only ended up using only 3 for our family of 5. The house was nicely decorated with updated and high-end furniture. Every room had a TV with plenty of channels and streaming content. The pool was sparkling clean with plenty of outdoor furniture. The home was located within a a gated resort with controlled access. it was very safe Only thing I would've liked to have was a covered patio with a fan. Our hose Paul was very professional and replied to our messages promptly. We will definitely use again in the future

Great home in Orlando area

The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Only 15-20 minute drive to Disney parks. We loved the pool and hot tub. Property manager was great to work with.

Home on a resort!

The home was just as pictured but the layout was even bigger and better than expected. House was clean, well stocked with lots of extras needed away from home. We will come back! Only thing that could make thibgs easier would have been a spray shower hose for the shower for cleaning kiddos! Close to Disney , pool well kept, and we enjoyed staying so much

Excellent Orlando Vacation Base

Our family stayed here for one week in April 2024 while visiting the parks in the area. The house has a great location. We found the house itself far exceeded our expectations. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. We paid extra for the pool heating and that was a great choice. We enjoyed both the pool and the spa jacuzzi. Without paying for the heating the spa jacuzzi is not a hot tub. The water in it is the same temperature as the pool water but you can turn on the jets inside to massage your back. With paying for the heating we were able to use the spa/jacuzzi as an actual hot tub and it was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Hübsches Haus mit sauberem Pool in nettem Ressort

Das Haus war hübsch eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Der Pool war sauber und beheizt, die Betten waren gut. Zum See ist es nur ein Katzensprung und der beheizte Ressortpool ist ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Minigoflplatz und Basketballplatz sahen gut aus. Das Ressort liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, zu den Restaurants und Supermärkten ist es also eine 5-10 min Fahrt. Wir haben uns nach unseren Disneyworld-Besuchen hier immer sehr gut erholt. Es ist angenehm ruhig.

Great stay!

Location is wonderful! Close to Disney, and Universal. Home is clean, clean, clean and has everything you need for cooking! The pool is AMAZING. We paid to have it heated and it was perfect! The gated community it is in is beautiful and people are friendly and kind. The clubhouse pool and tiki bar was also a nice treat! Host was wonderful at communicating and quick to respond-not that we needed anything...this house has it all! Highly recommend!

Nice house close to theme parks

The property was exactly as advertised. The owner/property manager had fast response times and were always pleasant. It is a great place to stay within 15mins of Disney with many local restaurants, shops, and Starbucks near by. The community pool was also pleased as well a d the resort had friendly staff. We would stay here again.

Christmas Getaway

We had an incredible Christmas getaway at this house! The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids, complete with an array of toys for endless fun. The festive Christmas decorations added a magical touch to our stay. The proximity to grocery stores made our stay convenient. Highly recommend for a family-friendly holiday retreat!

Property is outstanding in our opinion. This was our second stay and things were still exactly as they were 3 years ago. Everything needed is provided. We had slight issue with checking in due to emails not working properly however owner responded promptly and there was no delay in check in process. Exceptional service. Great place to stay
