¡Bienvenido a la CASA FAMILIAR "MEJOR CALIFICADA" de sus sueños en Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida ... !! Esta casa de vacaciones de 5 dormitorios y 5 baños en 2 plantas se encuentra en la comunidad de Storey Lake Resort, condado de Osceola, muy cerca de los principales parques y atracciones de Orlando. Las 5 habitaciones y 2 salas de estar, todas juntas con 7 televisores LED, son útiles para alojar hasta 14 personas (distribuidas en 2 camas king, 2 queen, 2 camas individuales y 2 sofás cama). La cocina grande es el sueño de un chef para cocinar, con gabinetes renovados, encimeras de granito y muchos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable / negro. Tómese un descanso y refrésquese en su propia piscina / jacuzzi y cene junto a la piscina a su gusto. Para su comodidad, esta casa incluye una lavadora y secadora, WIFI GRATUITO y un minibar. Para su automóvil, tenemos un garaje privado y cerrado para 1 automóvil, junto con el estacionamiento exterior para otros 2 automóviles en frente de la casa. The house itself was very nice and clean. Issues we had for our week long stay:- As soon as we arrived, the internet was not working, and all cell signals to any cellular device are blocked while inside the house. The owner did get the internet fixed after 1.5 days. Technician had to come and replace the router. But for the duration of our stay we had to go outside to use our cell phones.- The entry gate to the neighbourhood did not work the entire time, would not open with the QR code provided. Had to go in through the exit gate which was usually left open- If you plan to cook anything, do yourself a favour and go to walmart and buy a fry pan, etc. The two pans in the house were completely worn out and rusted, did not look healthy to cook on.

Overall we enjoyed the house. It was plenty big for our group of 7, could easily accommodate more with the 5 bedrooms and bathrooms and it felt very big with the lofted ceilings and open floor plan. The house was very clean. You can tell it's been used as a VRBO with minor wear but that was completely expected. The location is great!! Right across from the Club House Pool that has a lazy river, slides, basketball courts and Volleyball that my kids loved. Our only issue with the house was the pool heat. We paid the extra money to have the pool heated but it was way too hot. When we asked about the pool heat the owner indicated it was initially 104 degrees and then they turned it down to 95 degrees which is still way to hot to enjoy the pool on a hot sunny 80 degree day. We barely used the pool because of this which was disappointing because with young kids we didn't want to have to always walk over to the club pool. We asked for at least a partial refund because of this and we were disappointed we didn't receive one as we paid for something we couldn't really use and it wasn't our fault. So my recommendation is if you decide to heat the pool ask upfront what the temperature setting is going to be before you decide to pay or request that the temperature be around 85 which would be about perfect for the size of the pool.

The house was spacious and well equipped to handle many people. It was updated, warm and welcoming. Luis (host) was very responsive in getting back to me when I had any questions, which was greatly appreciated. The cleaning was a 4/5. My pass to get into the gate to Storey Lake never worked and I had to use the call button each time. Overall, good experience though.

Love this property. It is so convenient to get to all of the parks. The pool was great. Host is great to work with. This was my 2nd stay at this property. I didn’t even look at anything else for this last visit. It is perfect for my family.

5 Star Dream Kissimmee Getaway Home!

We recently stayed at this beautiful home in Storey Lake Resort for our family vacation, and it was truly exceptional! The house was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and perfect for our large group. The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms easily accommodated everyone comfortably, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together. Dining area was also great for large groups!The private pool and jacuzzi were a huge highlight — we spent hours relaxing poolside. The location was perfect too, close to all the Orlando attractions but still quiet and peaceful.Parking was easy and great to have extra parking available at the Clubhouse, located directly across the street! The host was also great! Very responsive when we had any questions!I highly recommend this home for anyone planning a family trip to the area — we made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again!

Our family had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, welcoming, and exactly as pictured. The home was spacious and beautifully furnished—perfect for our group. Each room was comfortable, and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded.The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind, especially with kids. This house was spacious for our family of four boys! The pool was great. The resort area was smaller than expected but still nice. Public’s was very close and Universal was fairly close even with the traffic. Loved our stay. Luis was very easy to contact when needed. Thank you!! Our boys did not want to leave!!

Nossa estadia nessa residência foi excelente. A casa é ótima. Apesar de serem apenas 2 suites, todos os quartos têm banheiros dedicados o que praticamente tornam-se 5 suites. Tem uma sala de TV superior que ajuda na hora da programação infantil. A cozinha é bem equipada mas precisaria de alguns utensílios a mais. Pedimos para aquecer a piscina e as crianças aproveitaram. É bem localizada. O condomínio é calmo e familiar. Varias facilidades perto como supermercado, farmácias etc, além dos parques serem de fácil acesso e próximos.O anfitrião nos respondeu sempre rapidamente e resolveu todas as demandas.Alugaria novamente. Recomendo esta unidade

Great location for Disney

Stayed over Christmas. House is huge! Everyone in our group was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Everyone was generally comfortable. The mattresses are very soft so if you like a firm mattress you should consider this. We had some trouble with the dishwasher and hot water in the kitchen. Not sure if it was user error or a real issue. Because of the Christmas holiday we chose not to bother anyone with it…we weren’t cooking much anyway. Did report it to owner when we left and he said he’d look into it. Location is very good for Disney. A little further for Universal but still not bad. Location within the resort area is very convenient for use of the rec center. We only used it once but it was very nice. Overall we had a good stay. Gave it 4 stars because of the dishwasher/hot water and I feel like they need new mattresses. Owner is great to work with.

Great Vacation Rental

Luis made the rental process very easy. Check in and departure was a breeze. The house comes equipped with small appliances needed, utensils, dishes for eating and baking. It all came in handy. Thank you again!

Storey Lake always a great location to stay

Love the community... convenient for shopping and leisure... easy access to all highways... I come down and get homes in this area at least 3 times a year.
