This 5 Bedroom and 5 Bathroom Vacation Home in 2 floors is located in the Storey Lake Resort Community, Osceola County, very close to the main Parks and Attractions in Orlando. The 5 Bedrooms and 2 Living Rooms, all together with 7 LED TVs, come in handy to sleep up to 14 guests (distributed in 2 king, 2 queen, 2 twin and 2 sofa beds). The large Kitchen is a chef’s dream to cook in, with upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops and many black/stainless steel appliances. Take a break and cool off in your very own pool/jacuzzi and dine poolside at your leisure. For your convenience, this Home includes a washer and dryer, FREE WIFI, Minibar and a Keurig. For your Car, we have space for 2-3 cars just in front of the Property, together with the outside parking just in front of the Storey Lake Hideaway Club (the "Clubhouse"), where all guests have complimentary access. The house itself was very nice and clean. Issues we had for our week long stay:- As soon as we arrived, the internet was not working, and all cell signals to any cellular device are blocked while inside the house. The owner did get the internet fixed after 1.5 days. Technician had to come and replace the router. But for the duration of our stay we had to go outside to use our cell phones.- The entry gate to the neighbourhood did not work the entire time, would not open with the QR code provided. Had to go in through the exit gate which was usually left open- If you plan to cook anything, do yourself a favour and go to walmart and buy a fry pan, etc. The two pans in the house were completely worn out and rusted, did not look healthy to cook on.

Overall we enjoyed the house. It was plenty big for our group of 7, could easily accommodate more with the 5 bedrooms and bathrooms and it felt very big with the lofted ceilings and open floor plan. The house was very clean. You can tell it's been used as a VRBO with minor wear but that was completely expected. The location is great!! Right across from the Club House Pool that has a lazy river, slides, basketball courts and Volleyball that my kids loved. Our only issue with the house was the pool heat. We paid the extra money to have the pool heated but it was way too hot. When we asked about the pool heat the owner indicated it was initially 104 degrees and then they turned it down to 95 degrees which is still way to hot to enjoy the pool on a hot sunny 80 degree day. We barely used the pool because of this which was disappointing because with young kids we didn't want to have to always walk over to the club pool. We asked for at least a partial refund because of this and we were disappointed we didn't receive one as we paid for something we couldn't really use and it wasn't our fault. So my recommendation is if you decide to heat the pool ask upfront what the temperature setting is going to be before you decide to pay or request that the temperature be around 85 which would be about perfect for the size of the pool.

The house was spacious and well equipped to handle many people. It was updated, warm and welcoming. Luis (host) was very responsive in getting back to me when I had any questions, which was greatly appreciated. The cleaning was a 4/5. My pass to get into the gate to Storey Lake never worked and I had to use the call button each time. Overall, good experience though.

5 Star Dream Kissimmee Getaway Home!

We recently stayed at this beautiful home in Storey Lake Resort for our family vacation, and it was truly exceptional! The house was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and perfect for our large group. The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms easily accommodated everyone comfortably, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together. Dining area was also great for large groups!The private pool and jacuzzi were a huge highlight — we spent hours relaxing poolside. The location was perfect too, close to all the Orlando attractions but still quiet and peaceful.Parking was easy and great to have extra parking available at the Clubhouse, located directly across the street! The host was also great! Very responsive when we had any questions!I highly recommend this home for anyone planning a family trip to the area — we made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again!

Our family had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, welcoming, and exactly as pictured. The home was spacious and beautifully furnished—perfect for our group. Stayed over Christmas. House is huge! Everyone in our group was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Everyone was generally comfortable. The mattresses are very soft so if you like a firm mattress you should consider this. We had some trouble with the dishwasher and hot water in the kitchen. Not sure if it was user error or a real issue. Because of the Christmas holiday we chose not to bother anyone with it…we weren’t cooking much anyway. Did report it to owner when we left and he said he’d look into it. Location is very good for Disney. A little further for Universal but still not bad. Location within the resort area is very convenient for use of the rec center. We only used it once but it was very nice. Overall we had a good stay. Gave it 4 stars because of the dishwasher/hot water and I feel like they need new mattresses. Owner is great to work with.

Great location horrible host

The location was amazing! Close to parks and right across from the clubhouse. We had so many problems communicating with the host. The phone number for host was international and no one would pick up. They gave us multiple inaccurate codes for the door upon check in and throughout stay. They were rude with their responses and when they couldn’t get us a code that worked they stopped responding. Had to call emergency number to get someone who was willing and able to help. Bathrooms were not clean and had issues with showers and tubs working properly. Signs in every bathroom stating if you can’t fix it yourself we will charge for a plumber to come out. We were only there for the weekend so we just made it work.
