Overall, the property looked like the pictures on Expedia. It was clean for the most part, but my wife and I are a little critical when it comes to these cleanliness. The kitchen and bathroom counters felt a little gritty. The cookware provided was not the cleanest and did not inspire you to use it. Some of the silverware was crusty. There were left-over food particles on a fork that had harden and was thrown in with the other supposed clean silverware. When we walked into our rental, for the 1st time, we were greeted by a major puddle of water that had leaked from the roof, through one of the upstairs bedrooms all the way to the entry hall. After checking the rest of the house, we found the leak in the kids bedroom on the second floor that has two kids bunkbeds. The water had filled the light fixture full of water. Even the light bulb was full of water. You could see water running along the ceiling and a pool of water on the kid's bedroom floor. I sent pictures to the maintenance company listed on the rental email. They came out pretty quick. We did not want to stay in a house with a leaky roof. We asked for a refund and they instead moved us to the house next door, which was the exact same. But, they also said it had a small leak in the same area. We had to checked the 2nd house and found no leaks. So we moved our things into there and settled in. Until the next day, when the ppl who had that rental showed up. They moved us into some elses rental; put them in our leaky 1
