It had everything we needed, and more. It was very pet-friendly. The host was very polite and discreet. Clean and neat. The location cannot be more centric for shops and so on. And, it is a bargain. We wanted to stay lomger, but it was already booked!

Directly across from Altamonte Springs Mall. Plenty of places to eat whether just a quick drive thru or a nice sit down dinner with friends and family.A little hard to find if getting there after dark and you don't know the area very well. Once there, nice and quiet.The host was very nice and accommodating.Only problem I had was getting checked in and that was NOT the host's fault. The website was down for several hours and I could not get to the information I needed such as address, phone #, etc Lesson learned for me is to write the information down in advance just in case there is a website/app disruption.Otherwise, a very nice experience and would gladly stay there again.

Great stay at affordable location

The stay was great. There was a slight smell of a chemical odor but not overwhelming. The bed was comfy with clean sheets and there were enough clean towels. Made friends with the local cat. Overall, its was a great stay!

Altamonte Springs Efficiency

Unique, large efficiency apartment. Very convienient to interstate highway, hospital, and fantastic mall and shopping and dining. Heron Roost Park and lake is across the highway. Host is friengly and attentive.
