This property floor plan was as described, but in POOR condition. Definitely not suitable to have a large group where comfort should be a priority.Worn down and stained carpeting, stained linens, stained staircase, broken outlets, malfunctioning toilets, used toiletries (the samples provided).Items not maintained such as front door key pad (died on us the first night and had to leave an unlocked door for a full day) along with smoke detectors going off during the night. Obvious things that should be but are not maintained.Zero spices to be used or get started with, such as at least salt and pepper. Pantry was full of overflow house items.. could not use it for food storage.Wifi network and password was incorrect that was provided to us. Xbox didn't connect so no usage.Biggest issue was the foyer ceiling is severely cracked with dry wall hanging down. Definitely a hazard.Overall, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
