My room was on the non-smoking side, but the entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes. When I returned in the afternoon, my room key had been deactivated and I had to go back to the front desk to have it reactivated. However, the staff was very kind and helpful.

The door to the room kept having to be reset each time we left the room and it became a great inconvenience. It really made the trip more of a burden because of limited access to lodging during the stay .

We were not satisfied with our stay. We had to change rooms twice during the night while we were already very tired. The first change was due to the lack of hot water in the shower, and the second because the toilet was clogged. The third room did not match the configuration we booked — we reserved a king-size bed but ended up with a standard double bed. Additionally, there were no fruits available at breakfast, and at night there was significant noise from people playing loud music and talking, which made it difficult to rest. The front desk staff were attentive and polite; however, the issues could not be fully resolved as they occurred during the night.
