Clean, but serious concerns with staff support and property conditions
The apartment itself was very clean, which we appreciated, especially traveling with children. However, our overall experience was negatively impacted by staff communication and property management issues.
On our first day, we were informed that the apartment was not guaranteed to be a newly renovated unit, even though Expedia only shows updated, renovated photos. This felt misleading, as there was no indication during booking that older units were a possibility.
More concerning, after returning from Disney World around 10:00 PM, the fire alarms in our apartment began going off repeatedly. When we contacted the front desk, we were told there was no maintenance staff available to fix the issue. As a result, we were forced to move rooms late at night with four kids and a large amount of luggage.
This raised serious concerns about safety and support. If there had been a water leak, AC failure, or another urgent issue, there appeared to be no one on-site to address it.
While cleanliness was a positive, the lack of proper staffing, misleading listing photos, and late-night disruption made this stay very stressful. I would not recommend this property to families unless these issues are addressed.
