Casa Claudio is a four bedroom, three bathroom condo in beautiful Kissimmee Florida. It is newly renovated (January 2016) with new tile, appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with the cool and contemporary colors of Florida. It's top floor end unit location will have you believing you are on a quiet remote island. During your stay, you will receive access to a heated pool, spa, the fitness center, tennis courts, on-site BBQ's and the beautiful view of Buck Lake. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed in each of the master bedrooms, two twin beds in the guest room and kids bunk beds in the fourth room. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, stroller, car seat, step stool, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. It is our hope that Casa Claudio Florida will feel like your second home.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. The memory foam bed provides a full night's sleep and the bathroom offers hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Quiet neighborhood. Good location for going to the theme parks especially the Disney parks/ Disney Springs. Also went to Universals Epic Universe which took 30-35 minutes - considering the Orlando area still was pretty good. Our biggest challenge was our mobility. It is second floor 19 stairs up and the one king bed is tall- needed to use a step to get into it.

We loved the size of all the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The host responded to questions quickly. This is so close to Animal Kingdom. We also used Uber to get to Epcot and it was about 15 with tip each way.

We were a group of 5 all over 60 years of age and some tall in stature. This being the case, the dining, living area and outdoor furniture was quite uncomfortable. Very low seating and hard seating in the dining area made it difficult to enjoy relaxation but we made the best of it. Sleeping areas were pretty comfortable and the box fans provided were a welcome addition.

We were headed down from Oh to Disney and needed a place to stay for the first night before meeting up with family. We were only in the house from about 9p to 9am or so but it was so nice and clean! Perfect get away

This was the perfect location for our girls’ weekend ! 4 bedrooms - perfect !! We used Lyft /Uber in the evenings & had very little wait times. Quick rides to Disney springs for dinner & shopping . Note : the pool & fitness center is open from 9am - 6pm
