Property is in poor condition, Beds are dirty. Staff doesnt care, will never stay here again, never.

When we first arrived, we were given a key for a room, on the way I noticed sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot, broken steps on the stairs & several maintenance issues. We walked in to our room & it was dirty. The bed wasn’t made, toilet paper all over the bathroom, no towels, etc. The AC did not appear to be running & the room had a foul smell. There are no phones in the room so we went back downstairs with our belongings. We asked for a refund & they said they couldn’t do it. We didn’t want to stay there, didn’t feel comfortable but didn’t want to lose the money we spent so we took a new room. There were hairs stuck the towels, holes in the walls, cords exposed & coming out of the walls, a rip in the couch, broken & chipped furniture. DO NOT stay at this property.
