1. POOL HEATING - This is an optional add-on to your booking, the cost of which is non-refundable. This home is equipped with a pool heater that can heat the water to a comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. Please note, the heated temperature achieved by the heater, depends on a few things:
A. The external temperature. For example, if the temperature externally is 30-60 degrees, the pool heat will never get to 90+ degrees.
B. The pool is over 35,000 gallons of water. It will take approximately 24 hours for the heat to make a difference in the pool.
C. The pool heater is connected to the pool pump. As such, it does not run overnight.

Should you wish to order pool heating, please contact us for pricing. Heating is not refundable.

2. A BBQ grill can be rented. Consider adding a BBQ grill to your reservation. We all know that a BBQ grill can bring the family together for lots of outdoor fun and food. Be sure to add this to your reservation.

Enjoyable stay following a difficult start. Unfortunately the access code provided was incorrect and we couldn't access the property on arrival. Emergency contact number was unmanned and required a contact number for call back which we didn't have as UK phones only. Was sorted after buying a US mobile and contacting the owner via contact number on VRBO. Owner was in all fairness very helpful when we did manage to contact him.

Window in back room was crack, paint cans holding up the bed on master bedroom, remote control for television was missing, bench in front of the house was broken you couldn’t sit on it also there was a baby pamper under the chair by the front door, so what was cleaning fee for. They did not lean and finger nails in the window

This house is not as nice as the pictures indicate. Things are worn out and either need to be fixed or replaced. I would not recommend stay here.
