This house was perfect for our biannual (Spring) 16-man golf trip. The house was built in 2023, so everything is still relatively new and in great shape, i.e., new appliances including two dishwashers and two refrigerators with working ice makers, large, smart TVs and ceiling fans in every room, new furniture, etc... The TV downstairs in the family room must have been at least 85 inches, which was perfect for watching the Masters after a hard day on the golf course..LOL. Another positive about the house was the excellent water pressure in every shower that heated up immediately. The new seven-burner gas grill with removable flat top cooking surface was perfect for steak night and burger and brat night, and we didn’t cook breakfast this time, but it would have been perfect for bacon and eggs and pancakes for such a large group. The large countertop in the kitchen accommodated the group very nicely, and we ate all our meals together which is part of the fun in staying together in one house. The majority did not spend too much time in the game room, but some of the guys loved it, and the theater room would have made movie watching fun had we had the time. The only real negative about the house was the parking. Since the garage is occupied by the air hockey, billiards table, pin-ball type games, and the theater, parking out front is limited to five vehicles, and we did not heed the warnings about parking on the grass. Consequently, we received an 80 park ticket
