They had bed bugs, I didn’t stay and I want my money back!

This hotel was suppose to be a non-smoking hotel. From the time I checked to the hotel the room smelled like cigarettes. There was people smoking in the rooms beside me as well making my room smell like cigarettes, and making it hard for me to breath since I suffer from asthma.

The rooms looked like they were barely cleaned and the floors were stained and disgusting easily could be fix also notices the pillows looked as if they hadn't been replaced in a decade or even washed

One hassle after another. Lilly at the front desk was rude, room was not ready on time, no working light in bathroom, holes in wall

There was ants throughout the room, management did not care. Doors had a few inches of gaps causing bugs and salamanders to get inside

Got checked in at 10pm. Left at 6am. Just what I needed

This old motel was clean. It was an excellent value for the price.

The manager, she's the best, i made a mistake when i request

Nothing unique about the hotel, other than ok location to parks and other attractions.

I didnt find it as a resort rather just a room. I seemed a little dated

The property was not up to my standards. The toilet flushed on its own and the hest did not work so they brought in a portable heater

The hotel was clean it is just old/outdated. There were some homeless people at night when my wife and I got there. I had a concern leaving the motorcycle out there overmight, but everything was fine in the morning, but we only stayed 1 night. Front desk lady was very nice. There was plenty of parking. There's a reason why it is cheaper than others in the area.

Love it and not to far from disney . And clean nice

Hidden fee at checking i already paid the hotel at orbitz then the hotel charged me over $40 dollars extra
