Our room was cleaned and bleach was splashed on a Nike sweater and new shoes. I contacted the property manager. I sent pictures and got no response

The room had a very strong smell of chlorine bleach, which was unpleasant. The towels were not in good condition and some of them had holes. There was also a lot of noise coming from the room above, which made it difficult to rest. Early in the morning around 7 AM, there was additional noise from someone cutting the grass outside, which made it very hard to sleep.
