Housekeeping was great! Breakfast was okay, cinnamon rolls were really good. Mattress was definitely not the comfiest I’ve slept on. Majority of the outlets in our room did not work and one of the bedside lamps. I only saw one luggage cart our entire stay there and it was nowhere to be found when we were trying to check out. Security was a cool bonus! Received a phone call after checking out threatening to charge us a late check out fee or another day because housekeeping found belongings in our room. Once I requested to know what was in the room, the items described were not ours. Turns out they reported the wrong room. I didn’t really enjoy being threatened to pay more for a budget hotel after I already drove 5 hours away

Our room was hot. We let the hotel know in the morning and when we came back it was still hot. When I called them they didn’t have any maintenance person on property and weren’t aware of sending anyone. They said they could move us to the next room but they wanted us to pack everything just for the night and told us that all the rooms go till 70 and that’s it. The hotel feels dinky but the rooms are spacious. Our bathroom door was chipped, the door handle came off every time we opened the door. If you don’t mind the heat and don’t really care about what it looks like, go ahead

They have a 2nd building next to the hotel with no camera itwas dark and inwas alone. It looks more like a motel 6 than a holiday inn express. So at the actual hotel I didnt have a room in. The AC was set at one temp no matter how much youchange the temp it was hothottonetr holiday
