Nice hotel. Really disappointed in parking fee. I believe that should be free and part of hotel services. Valet should be charge but self parking should NOT.

We enjoyed our stay at this HILTON. We had a lovely upper floor room with a skyline view. It was clean, quiet and offered all the amenities. They have a nice lazy river you can float around in, several on site drinking/eating venues, room service and plenty of comfortable lounge/seating areas. Also, have a convenient Disney shuttle! Will be back. Who needs Disneyland, this is just fine.

Beautiful hotel I will definitely come back and stay here again. They have a lazy river my kids enjoy it. The quality of food it's a A plus and service is excellent.. I will recommend this hotel it's classy and clean.

Arrived on Tuesday May 30, 2017. Checked in took about ten minutes and we were given room #1185. We started unpacking and realized the carpet was soaked. Changed to another room that was missing furniture. As my girlfriend was taken a shower one of the staff tapped on the entrance door then immediately used their own key to enter the room. Girlfriend started screaming as I shut the bathroom door to a very surprised staff member who was coming in to "Check" the room. The rest of our stay didn't get any better with the constant text messages from the Managerial staff.

Lovely convenient area, beautiful hotel, helpful pleasant staff. But, they were definitely having trouble in the kitchens. Both during lunch in an almost empty restaurant (with many, many servers) or room service at 11 pm, we could not get our orders in a timely manner. Both times we were compensated and the staff was very nice, but when you are hungry you want your meal. As I said it is the little things. There were a few other minor things (promised water bottles that never appeared, toilets that kept running, phones not working because someone unplugged them, loud music in the lobby), but nothing major. A lovely visit, a wonderful staff, and with a little tweaking, this can be a real star in Hilton's constellation.

Overall it was a good experience, the restaurants were too expensive and overrated but overall our stay was nice. As we are standing out in he balcony a guest decided to blow his nose with his hands and wipe it in the pool which was a complete turn off for us getting in the pool or lazy river, which was sad cause it looked like slot of fun. There were also fees added to my card before we left and I had no idea where they came from. Not sure if some one used our room number to make purchases or what.

We saw fireworks from Disney every night. Also, we were early but they had a room ready for us. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Also liked that they offered free shuttle to Disney parks

Great staff. Very clean, neat and organized. Loved the proximity to all shopping centers. Nice outlook. Food was great too.

We upgraded to a junior suite. They turned down the leather, temper-pedic pull out couch for us while we were out at dinner. The room didn't have a separate bedroom, but it was huge! The views from the windows were amazing. I would say, though for as big as the suite was, the bathroom was tiny. Overall, It was perfect for our one night stay. They had wine and dessert kiosks everywhere as we stayed during Disney's Food and Wine festival.

The hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! It was worth the extra cost and the staff were all extremely friendly. One thing I loved was how nice the building always looked and smelled. The lazy river was a big plus, along with the food served at the Harvest Bistro! Best burger I have ever had!

We spend very nice time in this hotel, front desk agent Lowely was very nice and helpful. Restaurantshave good food and pool with lazy river and slide making your stay relaxing. Very nice hotel.

my son and I had an amazing weekend gataway and it was definitely because of where we stayed.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and assisted with everything we needed. The check in and check out process was seemless and quick and pleasant. The elevators were sooo awesome we stayed on the 17th floor and they were clean quick and quite. Never had to wait for them. The food, staff and the facilities were perfect.

Great location, great hotel, great price. Arrived late at night to go to Magic Kingdom in the morning.

We had to come down to Orlando for a quick family related trip. Found this hotel and booked a package. The price was incredible for buying one day before arriving.

Beautiful property, awesome pool, excellent service from all staff. I have no desire to stay anywhere else when visiting Orlando again

Exceptional hotel with very nice amenities. Complimentary transportation to the Disney parks was very nice as well.
