Comfortable pleasant my son loved the pool we didn’t get to enjoy the kids room full of activities but it’s plenty fun for Kids

This was my 3rd stay here, and it won't be my last. Staff is always super accommodating, beds are so comfy. It's super close to everything but off the beaten path. It's quiet and relaxing. I look forward to staying here every year.

had a great time but walls are so thin could here everyone in next room ):

Very good resort. Perfect for a family vacation. The two bedroom/two bathroom apartment I selected was comfortable, clean and well located.

Wonderful place..!! Lots of amenities…! Clean & friendly staff.

Friendly staff. Safe and convenient location. Close to restaurants, grocery store, shopping, the parks. Grounds are well maintained. Room was clean and spacious. We have stayed here before and will stay again next year. Great Value also.

Very nice resort. The check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The pool was clean and everything was well kept. I would stay here again for sure. One thing orbits doesn’t mention is that the resort charges about $15.00 a day in resort fees and taxes on top of what you pay upfront. Overall, great place.

We chose this hotel because we got a good rate, it was close to Disney and Universal, and it had a kitchenette. Those were all the pros. The cons: 1) There are no sound barriers. The hallways are floor to ceiling cement opening to the outside so you can hear everything in the halls. Also, each single bedroom suite has a cheap plastic door connecting to the adjoining suite, so you can also hear everything going on in the room next door. 2) We stayed for a week and our room was only serviced once. We tended to leave around 11 am each day, which I think is perfectly reasonable for people on vacation. We ended up having to call the front desk to bring us more toilet paper since our stock was never replenished (and running it up to us took over an hour). 3) They we’re constantly shilling their boat cruise/ vacation package/ time share/ whatever. They even called a bit after 9am to try to get us to go to their “presentation”. My husband was still sleeping.

Price was excellent, was a Mobil promotional price.

Housekeeping was terrible. I could not believe that the guest were responsible for changing and making the bed and replacing towels soap ect, I have never stayed in a place like this. Also finding my reservation was a real hassle.

Reception was very poor, could not find my reservation. The room was very modest as compared to the discriptio. changing of the linens was the responsibility of the guest as were the towels and the fact that the room is only cleaned upon leaving.. was not what I expected.

carpet need clean..but otherwise everything is excellent, will definitely come back again

Big bathroom, comfy bed, full kitchen! We stayed for a week and were able to buy some breakfast items and beverages for the week. The pool was very close and nice.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Grande Villas Resort by Diamond Resorts. The resort was very clean and the front desk staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Excelent Room Clean and comfort good people in the front desk

The hotel is a good value for families. The kitchenette can definitely save costs on eating out for every meal. The resort definitely is family friendly. Lots of activities for families. They give you a schedule when you check in. During our Easter stay, they had an egg hunt for kids which was nice; although it could have been organized a better. We stayed in building A in a 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor. There wasn't a washer/dryer in the unit; however there is a community washer/dryer that is free on the 2nd floor. That comes in handy for long stays. I definitely would stay here again with my son.

Nice hotel close to all the parks, only bad thing is they try to sell you an other stay with them.

Nice and clean, Great Staff, nice pool and fitness center
