Golf trip

The house lived up to its listing…. Very big with plenty of space…. Very clean, I guess the only thing to complain about would be its 30-45 minutes from everything we were doing and the trash can only be put in large bags but they only supplied 3 for a 5 day trip

Amazing Property, Super Let Down

I really love the property and my family was able to spread out and be very comfortable. The property is well maintained and nicely set up. The management was responsive to every text regardless of time of day. However, we paid for a heated pool and it was not. After contacting management a lot of someone will be there soon to addreas it did not happen nor was i evwr refunded for the propane gas for the grill or cost to hwar pool. paid for and a heated pool ans it was not. p for

Wonderful Experience

Our stay was fantastic due to this beautiful house! Very clean, looks exactly as pictured. Had everything we needed and more. Pool was heated so we got to swim even when it was cold. Beds were super comfortable! Will book again for sure!

A great time we had !!!

Wow, we really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and maintain. We were there for four days or was it five will be coming again, but bringing the grandkids next time. The only thing that I have a negative on not having to use of the oven. we came to celebrate my sisters 63rd birthday and wanted to bake a cake for her special day and was unable to because the panel on the oven door was down in front of the oven. With that being said we were unable to bake. We will be coming again , and you will be hearing from us soon.

Annual Family Vacation

The house was beautiful well as spacious, everyone had their own room and space. I’m giving it four star rating only because the communication regarding the heated pool and jacuzzi spa should have been better. The was cold even though I spoke with management there was no immediate action.

Pretty house poor customer service

Swimming poolnot ckwan when we arrived. Called Vacassa that day and the next. Spoke with them by phone or text everyday. Was told each day that someone would come and address the issue, and that they eould also contact me by phone. Kept staying they see a ticket for my complaint but nothing wasdone until after 3pm on our last day. Pool was shocked and we were informed rhat no one requested a maintenance call he (the pool guy) was there for his routine cleaning. He stated that this is a compliment he hears about Vacassa. I believe they didn't want to pY fir the extra visit so they decided to do nothing. The pool will be eeady for the next guest. Also he used a color coloring in the pool. I wonder about the safty of that. Small issues were a draw with no bottom ,a bean bag chair with a hole in it, and a hole in the screen surrounding the pool area. This family vacation was to celebrate a great school year. The biggest reason for choosing this house was the pool, and game room. I still have not heard from Vacassa about any compensation for not providing what I paid fir. Of course I was told they would call me back with a resolution that day it didn't happen and still hasn't. Our kids git to hear kids in some of the other homes laughing and enjoying their pools, playing marco polo etc. That made is worst.

Great for a large group!

Really nice house and pretty good accommodations. Pool was awesome, and house and neighborhood was awesome. A few things cleanliness wise need attention. A few of the comforters were crusty and need washing. Handprints and dirt on walls, and baseboards were dirty. Lots of carpet stains upstairs. Also no broom, so being there 8 days would have been nice to have. Easy fixes, just need a little attention. All in all would for sure stay here again.

Gorgeous home in High traffic area

The property and grounds itself were gorgeous!!! Huge home with plenty of space and a huge dining room! Kitchen was well equipped and clean! Game room was fun & we enjoyed it as a family! Pool was nice & clean- only minus was the pool heat is not worth paying for. Pool did not feel heated and we could have saved $120. Also, AC is locked at 74ish degrees which it hot in Florida. I am a local and run my AC at 71 most of the day without it freezing so their excuse is not valid. Parking was not the best as the driveways only fit 2 vehicles and the garage is closed off due to the game room being in there. Community definitely needs some guest parking spots to accommodate renting homes to 20 people. Hosts were able to get us a couple of items we left behind, but communication was not the best given the language barrier. Items were left outside after we were told we would be called when we could meet at property to pickup. Thankfully the items were still there!!

Birthday trip

The house was perfect for my family’s stay. Everyone was comfortable and the pool was heated so the kids had a pool day. The carpet and living room furniture needs to be updated or cleaned but everyone was comfortable. The house layout was perfect for everyone.

This house was everything

This house was amazing it accommodated my family which was a party of 18. Pros: very spacious, pool was our main focal point, the neighborhood was nice, kids loved the water park. Cons: upon arrival there were roaches, sheets weren’t cleaned, pool had glass debris in and out, need another fridge to accommodate large parties, need bigger mop and broom and dustpan, need more portable fans. Overall my family enjoyed their stay and that’s all that matters
