A modern open plan family home, with a fresh and airy family room with a wide screen tv and brand-new sofas. Patio doors lead out onto the spacious pool deck. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including an American Refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast bar with seating for two. Formal dining with seating for 6. Utility room with full washer and dryer for guest convenience.
Master Bedroom with king bed, en-suite bathroom comprising of garden tub, walk in shower, 'his & hers' twin vanity and wc. Guest bedroom with king bed, en-suite bathroom comprising of a walk in shower, bath tub, twin vanities and wc.
