We had an excellent stay! We’ve checked out, stripped beds, packed up crib/put back in closet, taken the trash out, etc. The only things we noticed are the ice machine in fridge isn’t dispensing—we cleaned out the buildup but it still wouldn’t come out; the AC we kept in your zone when we saw the sign but it got pretty hot in the last few days at night, not sure it is working properly; there is one strap missing in the baby high chair. No big deal for us just wanted to let you know. We loved it here! Our only guest recommendation is it would have been nice to have some olive oil like a basic cooking start for first meal. But so appreciate all the kid gear too. Our kids loved the theme rooms and toys to play with :) thank you!

We have stayed three times in this development, and of the three, this has been the best. Photos are a true representation of the property. It is obvious a professional company is used to keep the property clean. Great gated community with easy access, providing a safe environment. Extremely convenient to everything, especially the four Disney parks. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Great for families.

Perfect family vacation

I want to start by saying, the pictures of this property do NOT do it justice!! It is a gem and so homey. My family and i enjoyed it beyond our expectation! From the pool, to the bbq grill, to the spacious rooms and bathrooms to all the amenities of the resort, this was one of the most up to date and beautiful vacations we have taken together. My parents, my kids and my fiancée loved it all, and even the minor inconveniences that arose were pretty quickly resolved, and should not be an issue for the next guests! Definitely a bargain for the price!!!!

Great location

The house was perfect for our family trip this year! Convenient location to get anywhere you wanted to go and easy to get to Disney/Disney Springs! The house is exactly as pictured and the check in was extremely simple. Communication was easy as well - we wanted a family member to stop by before they flew home and management was quick to answer to help us achieve that! Would recommend the house :)

Lots of amenities and the community pool was great. One drawback was that the splash pad water for the little kids was freezing, otherwise the pool and everything else was great. I would book again

Wonderful amenities & location Attention to detail was great.

Lot's of rooms and beds and nice to have private pool. We paid extra to get pool heated but the heater didn't work so owner promptly refunded the pool heating charge. Also immediately addressed our other concerns and was very attentive with his staff. GREAT value for the money and we will be back!
