This property was absolutely atrocious! I was in room 334 and on my left was 336 with individuals that actually lived in the hotel. Yelling and cursing and slamming doors all night, one of the residents from 336 walked by me and bumped me with no apology. I spoke to the front desk who stated their manager would reach out to me since I was at a conference all day and no one ever called. I returned and asked for the update that I never received and the front desk representative stated she would handle the issue. This issue wasn’t handled and I requested for checkout and the manager stated for me to call Expedia and then left the property. No apology, no sense of care or concern she just walked out and left. You’re better off staying in your vehicle than this place. Also the shower had shower cream and hair all over the walls. The room smelled like a bad roach infestation, this place is disgusting!

The room was clean. You will not get the room that they advertise with pictures as "renovated." On the 3rd floor I saw 1 room that looked like the images they are advertising with. They were updating curtains when I was there so room doors were open. Hotel was quiet and very convient to food and attractions. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The pet owners need to stop letting their pets pee right outside the back doors. The hotel should spray in that area regularly as it probably will be an ongoing issue.

Awesome location. So close to everything and looks renovated compared to other affordable hotels that I’ve stayed in the area before. Breakfast is supposed to be served but it’s just a “ to go” breakfast with coffee and muffins according to what the front desk lady told us.

The tub in our room was disgusting. Stained and dated. There was hair 8n the shower, on the wall and mold on the ground. The face of the tub looked like it had never been cleaned. We couldn't take showers because we were so grossed out by it. Thankfully we only stayed for 1 night.The beds were good. The rooms are very basic. Its didn't seem very inviting. Almost more accommodating to a transiate client base. The front desk staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The elevator smelled like weed. The bathroom especially the shower really was the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel.
