We booked this home since it was close to everything we wanted to do, it had a game room, a pool, and plenty of room. I liked that it had some luxury upgrades like the master bath. We arrive at 10pm only for the door code to not work. I checked the lock box where a key is supposed to be incase the code doesnt work, no key. I call the 24hr management number. She has me input my code again "slowly" 2 more times. Doesnt work. She gives me another code and has me try that code "slowly" 3 more times. She then tells me she needs to call maintenance and would get back to me. We had traveled 10 hours from North Carolina with 3 kids, 2 dogs, my husband and myself. We are exhausted. 20 minutes later, im texted another code, it finally works. None of the wifi info was accurate.The game room TV and Xbox do not work. Screen door by the pool is broken and will not close. Beanbag chairs broken. Rain shower head in master bath shoots water everywhere. Garbage overflowing in gameroom and outside. The remotes to the ceiling fans/lights are all the same and turn on/off lights in different rooms, making it very hard to turn off 1 room without turning another room on. Lights randomly turn on in the middle of the night. It took days to correct some issues but tv and xbox werent fixed and neither were the lights. We have been home 14 days now. STILL waiting for someone to call about a partial refund. Do yourself a favor, avoid this house!
