I wish there was a more incremental rating strategy available. We did have some issues that detracted from being perfect but not significant enough to lower the rating to a 4. The house was perfect for our family of 12. Each family had a private room w/bath while we also large open spaces where we could all gather together for meals/fun etc. The big disappointment was that I had paid an additional fee for the pool to be heated for our 7 day stay however on arrival it was not. The issue was reported at least twice and observed by the maintenance personnel early on but the issue was not resolved until day 6 of our stay. There were one or two minor issues with lights not working in one room or a game or 2 not working but overall it was a great experience. If I could give a more accurate overall rating it would be 4.7.
