*Pool Heat / SPA: $35 (plus tax) per night for a minimum of 5 days – When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 5 days before the check-in date.
Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.

*Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bin located next to the house. Do not move the bin to the curb. (No loose trash)
