They advertised coffee at 7am but at 7am they said it will take us 30 minutes to get it set up. At 7:32 still not even working on getting it set up but the real issue was my husband being in a wheelchair and on the 2nd floor and the elevator didn't work when we were leaving. They said "someone would be out to fix it sometime today. I did ask for a more handicap accessible room at check in. Thankfully my husband had crutches as well and had to hop down the two sets of stairs as he is non weight bearing on one leg for six weeks. We didn't ask for much, just what was advertised. Coffee and a working elevator would have been nice. Also the sink was completely plugged and we could not get the drain out.

Clean and welcoming room. Great pool and water area amenities. Great location and easy check in. The only downside to report was that the phone didn't work and the reception desk staff broke their assurance that it would be fixed.
