Terrible, Hotel carpet has not been replaced in years had holes in it being held together with tape. Spa windows were covered with white paper. The dining is a joke the continental breakfast was out of the towel Hut for the pool. The restaurant on site was the worst breakfast buffet I have ever seen in my life and all of the staff at the hotel were terrible. Overall facilities in bad shape run down and not well kept.

The hotel has good looking lobby area, but a building which has guestrooms are old and elevater barely works. So once it took me 15min to get to my room on 3rd floor. Room was ok, but I could hear people talking in hallway or other rooms. One night, there was a homeless family sit and stayed first floor hallway for couple of hours. I felt sorry for them, but it made me feel really uncomfortable. So overall not a good place to stay. I can give credits to photographer who took ad picture!

Great location but would not stay again. However, I was giving a room that was currently occupied by another guest upon arrival. Quite startling to walk into another person's room. The hotel was under construction. The Continental breakfast was in an outside pool cabana without adequate seating for eating. Otherwise the room was clean and decent.

Busy part of Orlando. Close to plenty of places to eat and drink. Older hotel, but in good shape.

Check in was good and then we headed to the room. The facility could use a makeover and the elevators smelled like burnt wiring. The room was nice and clean so we had no complaints there. When we booked to room, the pictures show the cargo bay bar and grill. It is a sandwich shop or something similar now and was not very impressive. Overall it was ok but I expected more for a 3 star rating.

This ranks among the worst hotels I've ever stayed. The heat didn't work, the elevator was broken, the "breakfast" is literally only toast and if you're lucky a tiny cold pastry. Furthermore, I left an item in the room when I checked out. I tried to get the item back the day I checked out after noticing and before I flew out but was told I could only inquire about left items before 8AM and 3PM. This was at 4:30PM and I was flying out that night. I called the next morning and was told the item was found and now it has been 2 weeks of me calling daily and emailing with no one willing to tell me what is going on or to help and this is after per the initial request I sent the prepaid label and everything to have it returned. I've never encountered a hotel with such poor customer service and such horrible treatment. Also just to note, their "free shuttle" they tout to Universal only goes daily at 7:30am there with a 7:30pm return. It's a 10 min ride and the part doesn't even open till 9am.

The rooms are dated, furniture & carpeting has a lot of wear. The towels were very poor & getting any quantity was like pulling teeth. TV remote didnt' work over a 4 day stay & they never fixed Staff was not friendly at all

This was not near our expectations and the star rating provided by Orbitz did not match the hotel. Very disorganized staff ... some elevators closed, others dirty and all had expired certificates. Bar was closed, store wasn't opens when it should have been etc. Holes in walls, rips in furniture etc.

Nice location, but that's about the only thing going for the Allure Resort. A remodel going on next to the lobby. Business center is in the lobby and nowhere to fax or print. You can send them an email to printed in their office. Rooms are very noisy. The carpet in my room wasn't vacuumed in three days. The tub faucet leaked horribly. The mat in the bottom of the tub was glued down permanently, but was coming up around all the edges. How do you clean that? Gross. I had to clean spills off the night stand. Nice TV, but no option to see a guide. Roaming around a bunch of channels gets really old. The worst part of the stay was having no one tell you that your luggage had arrived......even though you asked multiple times and left your number for them to call you if it showed up.

Had no idea where it was until we arrived and we were very pleasantly surprised! it is right across from the Orlando Eye and in the heart of every restaurant you could ever want to try. Staff was great and the room was wonderful. Will definitely recomend this hotel!

Wrong room switch to bed bug room left hotel bc no one at desk ans. Phone for assistance after 10:00 pm bc Ken went down as I tried to make call them and he said the phone cont. to ring but kept on in the registration area. We left and stayed with family at the Westgate Resort in Kissimmee only came back to Allure to return their key but really only stayed a half day. Never again!!!

Check in great, room nice, not sound proof, room and all next to us very noisy. Rooms should be more sound proof.

Had a great experience clean rooms, great service, and close to everything!!! Kids had a great time at the indoor pool and we loved the hot tub. Will definitely go there again.

Needs a lot of repair sleep number beds not working no hot water in shower boards coming up on pool deck

Very disappointed. I had reservations at the allure resort and they stuck me in the metropolitan resort which was very old outdated and dirty. Very disappointed will never stay there again.

Floors are dirty with stains. They never give u wash cloths and sheets didn't look clean not a great value for price but if need a place to stay it's ok. I've seen worse. Just ask for new sheets and wash cloths when u get there. Also every room is a musty smell or atleast the two I was in

The management staff at this hotel needs to go through training. I checked in at 11am on a Thursday took a shower and had no shampoo in the dispenser. Told the management went and played a round of golf. Came back from golf and had to shower for dinner and still no shampoo... told the management again prior to leaving for dinner. Was told again that they would take care of it. The next morning at 6am I had no shampoo or hot water. I told the front desk again for the third time. I got back to my room at 5:45pm and still no shampoo and the room wasn't even touched by house keeping. Overall this hotel staff was unresponsive, the hallways and elevators were dirty. I would not recommend this hotel with so many other choices.

don't waist time or money
