There was no fridge :/ other than that it was nice

The property was being remodeled and smelt funny other than that things were fine.

I always stay at the allure. Usually everything is great. This time around orbitz failed to warn it was under construction like it’s usually warned before booking. I showed up to a whole construction site and a small check in area on the side when I showed up i was told there was no rooms available to check in but that there would magically have one if I paid 25$ or so which I thought was weird .. when I refused and asked if they had a luggage room to leave my stuff while it was time to check in I was rudely told no. They’ve always had one don’t understand why not ,everywhere I looked there was some sort or remodeling or construction . I’m upset I wasn’t warned as I have been in the past by orbitz

The property was under renovation, so their were alot of issues. Like no lobby, no restaurant, no hot tub ect. Plus the staff at the front desk was not friendly.

I liked that the property at least had a bed to sleep on. Needs major updating, one of the beds made noises everytime one moved. The pool was a disaster-pool was dirty green/black mold, leaves all on the bottom floor. The hot tube was the best-it was full of stones and weeds. The pool area chairs were filty. The tiolet constantly kept running-flapper had to be adjusted, safe in the room had low battery. I've stayed here several times, years ago, wow how they have let this place go downhill, will not stay here again.

Wonderful location on I-Drive near and across from all the restaurants you'd ever want. Rates are reasonable, easy to book and enjoy.

The hotel did not have a pool it was attached to a YMCA

Needs updates inside, especially the carpet and furniture

Elevator was broken , pool was dirty and dirt or something floating in it. They would pick up the trash in bathroom or room . Ac wasnt cooling in room .

There was no restaurant as advertised...WiFi was ok. There was no bar as advertised. The first room had no room safe...got another room...but the safe was too small for my laptop to fit in it. Other hotels that I have stayed at that is not a problem...so was a bit disappointed. Positives...the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good and hot, and the TV worked fine. So...if a restaurant or bar is not important...then it is a good value.

Great stay for a decent rate. Quality rooms, comfortable beds, great location on I-Drive across from the ICOT area. Staff was congenial and accommodating. I've spent more at a cheap motel.

Typical Bait and switch with the pictures shown-I’m assuming they were taken when the resort first opened and not 20 years later. The on-site restaurant is out of business, the pool looks like it’s at the baits motel, elevator out of order-according to other reviews for months. The shuttle service isn’t worth even trying to use. They charge you a $15 per day resort fee even though their are truly no amenities. The indoor pool and gym shown are behind the hotel at an outdated ymca not at the resort. Their is nowhere to park your car at the hotel-even though they give you a placard to place in your car-parking is not enforced. The bed, pillows and sheet they give you are similar to what you find at your 90 year old grandmas home with a 30 year old bed. We were booked for a week and literally didn’t stay at the resort at all because it almost ruined our vacation-please don’t stay here or waste your time.

didn't like the fact that there was no free breakfast buffet. I thought the web site said there was one. Everything else was better than expected - nice large room, good pool and patio area, maids and cleanliness were great. Some trouble with elevator, very slow, when working.

Hospitality and cortesy. The facilities are excellent .
