Awesome experience great host very clean property and a very nice neighborhood. Definitely for anybody traveling to Orlando

16 of us stayed in the house…..it was amazing. Lots of room, everything we needed. House was very clean.Property manager was amazing and replied to questions immediately It was cold when we were in Orlando and thankfully there was enough to do in the house to occupy 9 17-22 year olds. Highly recommend

Great place but could use some touch ups

Overall, very pleased with the stay. The decorations and wall paintings were great, theater room was great too. Provided direct feedback to the management that there could be improvements specifically:- propane bbq leaked at the bottle connector- stairs towards the 2nd floor need repair or replacement they are held by visible screws- Air hockey table doesn't work- gaming system (switch and Xbox) didn't work- drier upstairs didn't work- air conditioner in theater room did not function- house wasn't clean when we got there, it was obvious that whatever they used on the couch was used on other areas like the floor because there was hair and dust gathered and left by the rag, between visions was leftover crackers and other junk, maid staff needs improvement

Pros- The house was clean and the murals on the walls were amazing. The theater room was very unique. It is very spacious and the sofa was very comfortable.Cons-Needed some work on daily maintenance.1. The door handle to the pool was falling off and not able to be locked without some manipulation and constant tightening. Said they would let me know when they were coming out the next day and we never heard back. 2. Pool heat was not warm the first 4 days even when paid for. Would not give a refund for those days so just know you don’t get what you pay for. 3. Some of the mattresses were saggy in the middle so unless you slept in the edge you sunk into the middle or felt like you were falling because it was so worn out.4. Pool pump was broken a few days so we couldn’t use the hot tub.. 5. Just general maintenance was not kept up. 6. First few days the refrigerator did not hold the temp and our freezer items all got spoiled. As a travel agent I had planned to use this house for a referral for clients but I just don’t feel comfortable doing that.

Family vacation partying with pest

The house is beautiful, but there’s a pest problem. Had to kill two large cockroaches (downstairs master- in bed sheets and one in the upstairs bathroom ) found another one in corner of dining room area already dead. And there are ants in the kitchen, bathroom and other areas of the house. In the second bedroom downstairs there’s something scratching in the wall like a rat or squirrel 🐿; it stops if you make noise. It’s a rat y’all, finally saw it scurrying around the trash bend outside. The management company was none responsive over the Labor Day weekend. Wanted to use gas grill, but it had a lock on it (never encountered that before). Number above grill said call management if you would like to use grill. Called twice, but no one ever called or came by so I’m on my way home to light my grill.
