We've stayed in a variety of VRBO listings around the Orlando area and this is the first house that we left thinking "we'll be back!"
The location was the key for us. Shopping is close by for groceries, there's a nature trail located close by (we did 7 mile out and backs each day), kayaking just a few minutes away, and it's a relatively short drive to all of the major attractions. And the pool area was great! With plenty of sunshine hitting the deck each day (and a functioning hot tub!), it was a treat to spend some time in nature and lazing about. We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the house, but found it to be on par with, or better than, other locations we've stayed at.
The only caution is that the location might, occasionally, be a bit loud. Our first night (a Friday), the Kissimmee airport was hopping (lots of jets coming in right over the house), and two homes across the pond were partying pretty late. So we were initally worried we'd chosen the wrong place. But, even though Saturday was also loud, the rest of the week was quiet and an incredibly restful experience!
