Unnecessary stress
The pool hadnt been cleaned since a previous renter partied in it. The host did send a pool technician out, but it was unclear if they did or touched anything.I complained again and they sent the tech out again the second time and they cleaned and tidied but still missed some najor things like candy wrappers and popped balloons around the patio. Originally there had been everything frim cigarettes to beer bottles to margarita oranges to popped balloons, candy wrappers, solo cups in the pool- all sorts of stuff. I finally just finished cleaning it up myself and didnt request the tech back. As a result we lost 3 days of pool use that we otherwise would have had. The main light in thr living room didnt work. I complained and they sent out a tech whobwas there for hours and didnt fix it. I heard nothing from them after that point. 3 of the TVs didnt have remotes that propwrly paired with them. I contacted the host and they offered to order remotes and asked me the TV details, ehich I slecifically and accurately gave. They ordered the wrong remotes. We completed our week stay without use of thise TVs. The glass coffee table pictured in the listing had a broken leg and was unusable.Not a stellar experience.
