The Andros is our plus-sized 2-bedroom villa boasting nearly 1,400 square feet of livable space and amazing architectural details like vaulted ceilings throughout. The Andros includes a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, and one twin bed and one queen bed in the guest bedroom. Available with laminate flooring or full carpet throughout, our Andros villa is perfect for vacationers who have children. The Andros has a crib, a highchair, and two full bathrooms - the primary bath has dual sinks, separate showers, and a tub. It also features a large and fully-equipped kitchen which has all major appliances and includes crockery, cookware, utensils, and glassware so you can stay in and have family meals in the dining area. Enjoy coffee, drinks and the views from one of your two screened balconies. The spacious living area features brand-new sofas, where you can settle comfortably and watch cable TV. An in-unit laundry room provides additional convenience.

The Bahama Bay Resort & Spa boasts amenities like shared pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and a sauna. Located on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, you can enjoy the sand beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock. The resort is also conveniently located near Polo Park East Golf Course. Located only 10 miles from Walt Disney World, there are plenty of local dining and shopping options nearby. Disney Springs offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants along with daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows, zip line, and a new Stompin' Gator Off-Road Adventure. For additional entertainment, Sea World is just 16 miles away, Universal Studios is 22 miles and for the younger guests, Legoland Florida is 23 miles away from the resort.

The Market Place, located in the main Clubhouse, offers a wide selection of items from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
