‘Casa Ventosa’ offers all the comforts for an unforgettable stay in a small ancient village, Oria. The house is carefully organised and equipped with everything our guests might need for their stay, perfect for those seeking a fusion of the rustic and the modern. It is a studio apartment, with a single room serving as living and sleeping area, designed to offer maximum functionality and comfort.
- Living area: At the entrance you will find a cosy open-plan area, furnished with a queen-size double bed. The room is well organised, equipped with a wardrobe for optimal space management. The bed is equipped with fresh bed linen and towels.
The area is air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort even on hot or cold days.
- Fully equipped kitchen: Also in the open-plan area, you will find a well-equipped kitchenette with cooker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare local dishes. Full service includes plates, glasses, cutlery.
- Bathroom: Next to the living area, you will find an elegant and functional bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin with mirror, bidet and hairdryer. It is also equipped with a small courtesy line (shampoo, shower gel and vanity set).
- Loft with sofa bed: Another corner of the house is dedicated to a comfortable sofa bed located on the loft, offering a second sleeping possibility for your guests.

The terrace: A further marvel of ‘Casa Ventosa’ is its private terrace overlooking the village square and, in particular, the Cathedral Basilica of Oria. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the historic town and the vast surrounding countryside, a perfect place to relax or enjoy an aperitif at sunset.
The terrace is furnished with a table with a sun umbrella and sun loungers.

Location: The house is located in a privileged position, just a few steps from the heart of Oria's historical centre, where you can easily reach the main points of interest: the Swabian Castle, the Cathedral Basilica and the characteristic small squares. You will also have at your disposal typical restaurants and small shops to fully experience the magical atmosphere of the town.
