Wonderful Experience

We rented this unit for a long weekend girls trip. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus! We will definitely be back for a family vacation.

There was no salt or pepper I get u want people to buy everything but you should have some basics. We did not get any dish washing detergent had to ask for it. Not really impressed

Great location.

Overall it was a great stay. When we checked in and got in the condo, the dishes had been put up dirty and wet. Had to re-wash some plates and some skillets. The clothes washer and an odor coming from it. Maybe needed a cleaning. Great location though. Everything was within a short drive. Love St Thomas by the Sea Catholic Church only about a block away. We attend mass on Sunday there every time we’re there.

First thing is the toilet back up and one of the bathrooms hot water didn’t work at all. They didn’t have any comforter due to COVID and we wasn’t informed. The sheets smelled like mold and didn’t have replacement. Never was told the hot tub wasn’t going to be unavailable. I don’t think we should have had to pay for both nights . Even the front desk staff was feeling bad for our stay.

Perdido - Great late season Vacation

Can't say enough about the positive surprises of my trip to orange beach/perdido area. Huge warm pool, easy walk to ocean on white sand beaches and the grounds of the Phoenix XI were immaculate. Pleasant staff and condo was clean, secure and had an incredible view of ocean and pool.
