It was a wonderful Christmas family reunion! Tide & True is a great place with a beautiful view of the beach from the main floor! Very spacious for multiple families. We didn't get to use the pool due to weather, but walked on the beach and a few brave members swam in the Gulf. A couple of snafu's - the elevator didn't work even after the maintenance tech attempted repair. We definitely had a good aerobic workout moving provisions for our group, four flights of stairs! After preparing our first meal, we noticed water on the floor and traced the leak to one of the kitchen sink bowls drain line. A repair was made, but there was still a small leak, so we used the other sink to avoid a wet floor.

We never saw or spoke to a host. There was one problem with the elevator but it was promptly tended to and corrected. Great house with plenty of room for four adult couples and six grand children from age 6 to 19.

We love how accessible the beach is, and the zero-entry pool is suitable for all ages. Exceptional layout and cleanliness of the home. Comfortably slept and accommodated our 21 guests. Exceeded our expectations!

Overall the property was very nice, although the televisions on the main level were the only ones working. We called to report the problem but no one showed up to fix it the week we stayed.The kitchen cheap teflon cookware was questionable given that teflon is not safe to use any more.We may look for other cottages in the area for next year.

Fantastic! The Tide and True is spectacular. We really enjoyed everything -the house, the view (best view in the compound), the pool and access to the beach! The best house in romar beach!! Everything was so very nice definitely “Top Shelf”. Great location and Very comfortable. I can’t emphasize enough well worth it.

Thos propert is beautiful! It was a convenient distance from the pool and beach centrally located in the middle of the cottages. Parking was great, and beds were comfortable. The views were beautiful and peaceful. Only thing I would recommend better direction on using the elevator. Other than that, it was a great place to stay, great trip and accommodated all of our family.

Amazing vacation at Tide and True!

We come down to this particular neighborhood at least once a year for over 10 years now. This is definitely one of the top homes in the entire complex! The owners in management company are very quick to respond to any issues, and that is much appreciated. The amenities were exactly as described, the house was very updated and made for comfortable stay.We had a problem with our freezer, they had a repair person out very fast, and it was determined that the refrigerator, which actually was fairly new, had a motor that was burned out. Instead of trying to fix it, which could’ve taken a while, they literally brought a brand new refrigerator unit in within a day or so.I was very impressed with how they handled everything, and we would definitely rebook in the future. Highly recommend for anyone with a large group of people!
Being so close to the beach is one of the big reasons we love staying here, this was one of my morning walks!
