Labor Day

It would be nice if the owner supplied dish soap and some basic seasoning such as salt and pepper! The carpet in the bedroom needs to be replaced it’s old and stained. But for a short weekend it was good enough.

The property was not as clean as it should have been. Found dirty silverware in the drawer.

It was a nice enough property. The problem I had was finding dirty utensils in the drawer. I'm not sure just how clean everything was at this point

Nothing bad about the condo

One of the interior doors has a broken knob, no biggie...we just left the door ajar a little so it would not lock. The curtain across the balcony windows that you have read so much about has been taken down. No problem for us at all but someone sleeping on the couch would be up at dawn. Like I said, no biggie for us. Couples will do fine here.....it is small but more than enough for a couple......

Unpleasant property

3065 has a great view, the bed is comfortable, and water comes out of all the faucets. That’s the good news. But, there are no curtains on the balcony windows. The curtain rod holders are either pulled out of the wall (leaving a hole), or are dangling from the wall. The carpet and rug are dirty and stained. The furniture has stains. The unit has dust around all the vents. The front closet is full of cleaning tools leaving little room for renter storage. The commode is not fastened firmly to the floor. The wall has marks. There are picture hangers but no pictures. The entire unit looks old and tired.

Spring getaway.

There were no window covers on any of the windows facing the beach. The drapery rods were pulling out of the wall & there was dry wall on the floor. The condo looked tired & worn. The property manager was good & listened to our complaint about the glare in the condo. The people that manned the office in the mornings were less than helpful & acted like they Didn’t want to be disturbed. We have rented in Phoenix West 11 several times & have always been happy with our condos. This time we needed only one bedroom & thought this would be similar. Would not rent there again,
