The bathroom floors needed a little more attention. Also, the cookware/utensils could use a sprucing up for those who eat in. (I am only mentioning this for future renters-we eat out for dinner so it wasn't an issue for us/good to know for a large family who cooks and eats in) Air conditioner works great!!

Positives - Condo looks as pictured, right on the beach. There’s a lot to do close by (grocery, activities, etc.). Property manager & office employee were helpful and responds quickly. Negatives - The check-in/out office is about 10 minutes away from the condo itself. Was not a very clean condo. There was an orange, sticky spot on the floor next to the refrigerator and all along the side of it. There were also toenails on the floor in the bathroom. Some of the doorknobs are loose/slightly hanging off, the end caps of the shower rods were hanging off. Tv’s in the bedrooms aren’t smart tv’s. Overall decent place, just not the cleanest.
