Check in/check out process was easy. The condo was very clean and spacious. The host communicated with me everyday of our stay. The view of the beach was perfect. Everything in the condo was just as pictured

An older property but maintained well and great location to access the area. Unit was clean, had current and comfortable coastal vibe, Not a long stay for us but kitchen equipped with anything needed if you do. Had extra bedroom pillows, plenty of towels. Right on beach which was ideal. Lovely beach view from balcony. Didn't use pool but it was clean and well maintained. Property manager Jonathan very responsive easy communication. Only thing to know is about is trash chute—Building rules are no use before 7 am but people on all the floors above do anyway—causes very loud banging woke us up every morning @ 5-5:30 am. Would have addressed if we were longer stay. But thinking building management could solve that

Okay

The property was as listed. All the appliances, bathroom vent, and AC, etc. were noisy. I felt like we were rushed to leave. The code was long and impossible to remember. The main bed was comfortable. We did not have to use the noise machine. It was great to be right at the beach and near several other attractions like the Wharf and Adventure Island.

We had a great stay at Tradewinds. The condo was clean and updated and we had everything we needed. The staff was easy to get hold of and very responsive. The hallway is a little small, but there was closet space in the primary bedroom and the hallway. A little tight if you pack a lot of stuff but otherwise it was great. Loved how short the walk to the beach was! It’s also very close to stores and restaurants as well as groceries.

Great for our short, getaway needs. We stayed 11/8-11/11, 2 adults and two 5 year olds. Easy check in and out. 2nd time staying at Tradewinds. I did not have to communicate with the property manager, which is a great thing so I gave it 3 stars.

Not for vacation

I had to be in the area for a medical reason. The condo was fashionably appointed and all the furniture was nice. Even the king bed was better than most. The bathrooms are rather small, but we appreciated the modernized walk-in shower. The exhaust fan in the hallway bath needs replacing because it is way, way too loud. FABULOUS BEACH LOCATION.

Great Place!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in August 2024. It was a perfect spot for the two of us! This condo is beside both the trash chute and the stairway, but there was very little noise from either. Access to the pool and beach was easy and convenient, and the security staff on site were very friendly and kind.
