Beautiful and spacious condo right on the beach. Our group of 5 adults and 5 kids never felt cramped. Easy access to everything the area offers. Perfect place for a family vacation and we can't wait to go back.

Spacious and Nice

The room was spacious with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Even though the 23rd floor was super high, we had amazing views. The lazy river was nice and relaxing. The entire stay was enjoyable!!

Excellent stay October 2024

My family and I had a wonderful time over fall break staying in this condo. My kids have requested to come back to the same location in the future. There was plenty of space for 8 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. A favorite was the ice machine! We look forward to staying again in the future.

Condo was very nice. Plenty of room. Minor issues. Was disappointed that hot tubs at pool were not usable during stay therefore the hot tub and sauna on the 14 th floor was always full. Property was very clean

Great condo, spacious and comfortable.

The condo was just as it appears in the pictures. Very comfortable and spacious. All staff was courteous and helpful. We loved the lazy river and of course the proximity to the beach. Liquid life was quick to respond. My only recommendations would be to take binoculars and try The Flying Harpoon across the street, everything we had was great!

Awesome Condo W/ Great Amenities!

We had a wonderful time in 2307! Four adults and two children with plenty room. Awesome balcony views and the most equipped kitchen ever, literally anything plus more in there. The only thing I’d say is a downfall to this complex is the lack of elevators, sometimes it took us about 20 minutes to get where we were going but otherwise everything was perfect!

Great cocdo. Only downfall..been coming 20 years, 1st year stuff was stolen out if our cart wed night from common area. Lady on camera going through all the carts and picking stuff out..security could not find her after she got off on 4th floor..has to be an inside job.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent the weekend here with family. We rented the condo next door also. Rooms and floors and rugs were clean (AC could have been a lot cleaner, we cleaned that on our own) and nice space and furniture. Tvs in each room are great and there are cups, silverware and glassware to make your stay easy. Nice wide open lobbies, fun slide and lazy river too.

Ammenities were nice, but appliances in condo were barely holding on, the trash chute room didnt have a light that worked, and the hot tubs couldn’t really be called anything but a warm tub. Kitchens were also hardly stocked with cooking untensils.

New Cleaning Crew?

We were happy with the room for the most part. It was beautiful and appeared to be exactly how it was listed. The whole condo was very nice. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. There was food trash in several of the drawers and under the beds. Things the previous visitors left in drawers in the bathrooms and old coffee grounds and filter in the coffee maker.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This renal was super nice! Nice view, AC worked great, Beds were comfortable! Had some issues with the TV, but was fixed.The elevator is the only issue, takes forever, but with the condo full, guess that's what happens.Overall, perfect!
