Large patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining, lounge and chairs for relaxing in the sun or shade. A 65" flat screen TV w/DVD player in living area! Watch your favorite sporting event, movie, or show! Queen Sleeper Sofa and 3 chairs in living area, 1 w/ottoman, 2 recliners that rock and swivel - kick up your heels and relax! Dining area seats six comfortably, nine when including snack bar. Kitchen has new stainless appliances and is fully equipped for cooking/serving/dining. New (quieter) HVAC system in 2018. Master features Comfy King bed w/32" flat screen and DVD, walk-in closet, large double vanity in bath, shower and Jacuzzi tub. New furniture in 2nd bedroom - 50" flat screen w/DVD player, on-suite bath w/tub/shower combo. Utility Room features full size washer and dryer. Ideal location - no waiting for elevators, steps away from the lazy river, pools and outdoor activities. Pride of ownership is evident with this condo! A stay in Unit #1131 will be memorable!

Enjoyed the stay overall!

This property was very nice. It’s pretty inside and has plenty of cookware and utilities. It’s a corner condo. We didn’t hear a lot of noise at night. The master bed was hard to sleep on. I would recommend getting a different mattress or adding and eggcrate. The only other thing is that the floors need to be Mopped. I saw this in another complaint. Overall though condo is worth the stay. Great view. Great location!

We loved our stay at Phoenix on the Bay! The view was perfect. Our only complaints were the floor was dirty when we arrived and there weren't any sheets for the pull out couch. Other than that we loved our condo and had a blast.
