WOW! This is the place to stay. END UNIT with wrap around balcony! 2 walls of floor-to-ceiling windows provide spectacular bay views. Large patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining, lounge and chairs for relaxing in the sun or shade. A 65" flat screen TV w/DVD player in living area! Watch your favorite sporting event, movie, or show! Queen Sleeper Sofa and 3 chairs in living area, 1 w/ottoman, 2 recliners that rock and swivel - kick up your heels and relax! Dining area seats six comfortably, nine when including snack bar. Kitchen has new stainless appliances and is fully equipped for cooking/serving/dining. New (quieter) HVAC system in 2018. Master features Comfy King bed w/32" flat screen and DVD, walk-in closet, large double vanity in bath, shower and Jacuzzi tub. New furniture in 2nd bedroom - 50" flat screen w/DVD player, on-suite bath w/tub/shower combo. Utility Room features full size washer and dryer. Ideal location - no waiting for elevators, steps away from the lazy river, pools and outdoor activities. Pride of ownership is evident with this condo! A stay in Unit #1131 will be memorable!

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.

Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Enjoyed the stay overall!

This property was very nice. It’s pretty inside and has plenty of cookware and utilities. It’s a corner condo. We didn’t hear a lot of noise at night. The master bed was hard to sleep on. I would recommend getting a different mattress or adding and eggcrate. The only other thing is that the floors need to be Mopped. I saw this in another complaint. Overall though condo is worth the stay. Great view. Great location!

We loved our stay at Phoenix on the Bay! The view was perfect. Our only complaints were the floor was dirty when we arrived and there weren't any sheets for the pull out couch. Other than that we loved our condo and had a blast.
