We had to switch rooms due to us changing our trip around. The room we received was nice. The water pressure wasn’t the best and when we arrived we had an electrical problem (the living area had no power). There was no response by maintenance so we had to track down the electric panel and fix the problem. Overall, it was a nice condo just not sure if I would choose to stay here again.

The entire time we were there, the Phoenix east was under major construction. Our balcony was all taped up and there were workers on scaffolds parked outside our deck. We could not enjoy the beach views because they were always out there. Who books a condo on the beach to sit inside? The pool was closed for renovations too and all the guests had to walk all the way around the pool to get beach access instead of using the crosswalk bridge.A rebate should be issued for this major inconvenience which was not communicated by the host.

The beach view was great! The overall condo was just ok except for the beds…they are great. This condo is shabbier than last year. The price for 6 nights is too much for the place. It needs much updating BUT as my husband reminds me, we are there for the beach and it is wonderful.
