This spacious three bedroom and two bathroom condo showcases an open floor plan for the living and dining areas, and you will love the convenient location. The living area has very comfortable furniture, nice artwork, and a 42-inch flat-screen television with a DVD player and a stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need essential to preparing and cooking meals. You can eat at one of the four stools at the breakfast counter, or sit in comfort at the dining table with six chairs. Your master bedroom suite has a king size-bed, a walk-in closet, a flat screen television and DVD player on a chest of drawers, access to the balcony, and a private bathroom with a standard bathtub and shower combination. In the second bedroom, there is a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat screen television/DVD player. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. For your convenience, the laundry room has a washer, dryer and extra storage for coolers and gear. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
