We had an amazing stay here! The view was unmatched and the condo was comfortable, offered all the amenities we needed and was close to basically everything!

Very impressed with the unit layout and the complex location. The multiple pools were amazing, and our grandkids really enjoyed the stay.

Spring Break

We were there for Spring Break, this is our 4th year and have stayed at different resorts, we loved the view and the amenities! Parking was great! It was very quiet at night; we love our sleep! We will definitely book here again!

LOVED it!

We absolutely loved everything about this condo! The condo was very nice & super clean. Plus the views were awesome! This was our 1st time having a bay view & we thoroughly enjoyed it. We saw so many dolphins from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was true to the listing and photos. Communication with the property manager was easy with quick responses, unlike our property manager last year. Will definitely be booking this condo again!

Wonderful!

The place was exactly as pictured and even more beautiful than the pictures. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for a family getaway. Everything was clean and a very quiet location with lots of amenities. Waking up to views of the beach, the bay and boats every morning was the best! A peaceful and relaxing stay. We highly recommend!

Family spring break

Fantastic property for a family to stay at. Great location for access to pools and quick access to beach via the trolley offered from the condo. The kitchen has all the essentials for any meals you will make during your stay. The only thing that bothered us was that we only had a sunrise view and no sunset view. The master bedroom could also use blackout curtains because of this.

Amazing View

This unit has the best view ever! I was thankful they had comfortable furniture on the massive balcony. We actually took a nap because there are two couches. The unit was more spacious than most. The pictures don’t it justice.

Beautiful Caribe Condo

Absolutely gorgeous! The balcony faces the East so we were protected from the wind and had beautiful sunrises. Curtains blocked out the light well though, so no problem sleeping in if you prefer that. One room is at the front with attached bathroom and the master bedroom is on the other side of the master bathroom, so great privacy between the bedrooms. Great communication with property manager, very responsive. Will absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Place

We had a blast in the Lazy River. The unit was very clean. The mattress was so good we took pics to order one at home. SERIOUSLY! The sheets were sooo soft. Unit was super clean, and I have a cleaning business, so I know clean. The outside area is beyond any size balcony I've seen ever. Beautiful views. Quiet. Onsite restaurant (Cobalt), great food and views. Grocery and shopping 5 minute drive. Really super happy I found this place. We used to stay in Perdido Key, but not any more.

Beautiful condo

The condo was exactly as pictured. The room wasn’t ready at 4. We were let in at 5 as housekeeping was finishing up. Beds were comfy and the view was gorgeous. We really loved the property because we were able to bring our boat and dock it in a slip for a fee. One hiccup was the living room TV remote would turn on the TV in the primary which wasn’t ideal for adults wanting to sleep in while our daughter went to bed late and woke early. Other than that, we’d love to stay here again.

Top Notch Condo

We couldn't have asked for a better condo for spring break. Beautifully decorated and very clean! The views were amazing, we saw dolphins from our balcony two nights even. Resort is very nice and well kept. We enjoyed the mini golf and indoor pools. Few things that would have been nice but didn't break the stay: to have a map of the property left in the condo of the resort to know where all the amenities are and how to get say the golf clubs. Pack and play & high chair in the unit would have been helpful along with some kid friendly plates, bowels, cups & silverware. The condo is huge, we had plenty of room for our family of 7 to spread out and enjoy time just relaxing in the condo. We hope to come back in the future!

Family fall break

We arrived early flying in.. with a baby. I understood no early check ins but was not contacted until a hour past..designated time..the condo was nice but needed a little better cleaning.. crumbs on the carpet in living space.. inch thick dust under master bed.. crumbs in kitchen drawers..hairs in bathroom drawers.. and typically we visit in August. Didn’t dream outdoor pools would be ice cold beginning of October.

Perfect location with beautiful views!

The condo was clean and just as described, plenty of space for everyone. The balcony was huge with more than enough seating to enjoy the beautiful views the Gulf and the bay. We even saw dolphins swim by! The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances we needed during our stay. The parking spot was one of the best! It was tricky to find at first, but SO convenient being right by the elevator! I was worried about getting to the beach, since its not directly on the beach. But it was so easy to hop on the trolley!! We were there the week of July 4, never waited more than a few minutes for a trolley. The beach access was perfect even though it was a long walk out. It was not crowded at all, we had plenty of space to ourselves without being on top of other families even though it was the busiest beach week of the summer. A few things that would have been helpful as a first timer to both the condo and the resort: 1) instructions for things like the garage disposal and lights - it took us forever to figure out how to run the disposal and some of the light switches were a little quirky (a few we never did figure out), instructions were left for the tv 2) a resort map in the room with information on some of the amenities- for instance how and where to get the mini golf putters. We called the front desk, but a little booklet with that type of information would be helpful. We loved our stay and will be back!
