Great location and very clean. Only thing was maintenance was there replacing the front door lock when we arrived and they had to come back the next day to finish, but really wasn’t an issue.

This vrbo was so incredible! The pictures are all accurate and the listing felt like it was even better in person! The accessibility of the private beach and pool was so helpful and easy! The house had everything that we needed and it was a wonderful little getaway for a girls trip with my sister! So many good restaurants and shopping near by. Highly highly recommend this place!

My wife and I really enjoyed this beach cottage. It was very nice, clean, very well-decorated, and the village pool was a nice addition. The beach was easy to get to, and it was never overcrowded. We will definitely stay here again!

The location is just a short walk from the beach. Seveal people had their pups with them. The downfall is that the some of the fixtures do not have hot water in the house.

Lovely Unit

Well appointed, modern unit with everything you need included. The unit itself was exceptional, but the cleaning crew could be doing a better job. We slept well, the area is quiet & close to the beach, it was a very relaxing time. I would recommend this place!

Very cute townhome

I went with my two sons, daughter-in-law and my 11month old grandson. We really enjoyed our stay. It is a very short walk to the beach. I wish there had just been a regular coffee pot, and access to grills. Otherwise, it was nice!

Orange Beach

Decided to make a trip for a wedding into a short vacation. Picked this property because it is pet friendly. Loved it. Slept 6 comfortably. 5 minute walk to the beach, short drive to Gulf Shores, and right at all of the Orange Beach venues all while being secluded from the noise and traffic. Plan on going back!

Super Cute Cottage with own Beach and Dog Friendly

This place is a gem and I hate to share its secret. It is right across the street from its own beach. There is a light with crosswalk that you can use right out the door to get over to it. It is super modern. The pool is out the front door. It's in a super cute new community. And the best part is they allow dogs! Hardly anywhere allows dogs, and we have a special needs dog that has to travel with us or we can't go. We saw several other folks with dogs, as well.

Needed help with an ant investation, called Tuesday, manager said someone would be out that day. Recalled Friday (I leave Saturday) you send someone at 3:45 Friday. Killed 400 to 500 ants on Tuesday, approximately 109 each day until Friday. Threw out 100 worth of food. Second bathroom, shower has no heat.

Absolutely Amazing!

Cottages of Tannin 11 was absolutely an amazing place. The accommodations were like new. The cottage contained everything in both the kitchen and bathroom that our family needed for an enjoyable stay. It was "spotless" from the first step inside the front door. Our daughters loved the swimming pool that was just a few steps from the front porch. The beach access just across the street was so convenient and only a 4- or 5-minute walk to the beach. The pictures of the cottage were realistic representations of the property. Everything inside the cottage was super clean and neat. This will definitely be our first choice the next time we visit Orange Beach.
