accurate listing...and also what they don't tell you.
The listing was accurate: The linens were nice and clean and they have a generous amount. But NO beach towels. They have 3 outdoor pools. But they are not heated! AT ALL! This unit is in building D, and has zero people on staff that can help you with anything.
We were told early check in is not allowed, and they were not kidding. We barely got our unit by the 4:00 check in time.
There were no hangers, but they sent some over. The floors looked clean, but left our feet black. They sent someone to mop again. But with 2 crawling 10 month olds, we still left with dirty knees on their clothes. Parking was fine for the main vehicle, but if you got the second parking pass there was not much room for the 2nd one.
They have nice facilities and chairs at the pools, but not much signage on how to find places.
For a place that is geared toward families, nothing is family friendly in the unit. No cribs, pack n plays, high chairs, beach toys, board games etc. You have to rent everything or bring it yourself. Most rentals will supply the first of necessities, but salt and pepper and coffee filters don't fall into that category, so plan on bringing literally everything! We are used to private rentals that supply a few more things to help out, so maybe our expectations were too high. The view of the bay was very nice! The unit was quiet and air conditioner worked well. They responded quickly to our issues. The trolley takes you to beach access but it's still a walk to the beach.
